Clean restaurant. Efficient ramen ordering at the table as you circle the many options on the provided card. I Prefer my ramen with more fresh veggies, sprouts etc. but in a pinch it’s a quick spot for a meal while charging at the Tesla Supercharger in Mariano’s parking structure (a block away).

Great food. They give you a paper to customize your own ramen bowl which I love! I got tonkotsu ramen with pork chase which was soo delicious. I also got an order of gyoza which was fire! Also I got katsu pork curry with rice and OMG…sooo heavenly! I recomend those 3 dishes and it’s really good with a hot tea! There tea is soo tasty.

Musashiya Ramen is a clean, decent spot to eat. I enjoyed the flavors of a clean ramen bowl and I enjoyed the innovative use of “chicken oil.” However, I would change the texture of the noodles to a more consistent ramen texture as mine was the consistency of spaghetti; you have the choice of choosing your noodle doneness. All in all, the potstickers and ramen were okay-good. Not a bad place to try for ramen beginners.

Musashiya Ramen is a small but clean ramen joint that my mother and I decided to visit for lunch. They had a card that let you customize almost every aspect of your ramen bowl, down to saltiness. That was greatly appreciate. Just FYI, ‘low salt’ was on the high end of perfect for me. Portion was good for what you payed for.

I’m a regular here. Food is wonderfully delicious, prepared timely, and appropriately priced for the area and its overall quality/execution. Customer service is consistently fine and laidback, though attentive. I frequent often and typically order the curry rice with choice of protein or the tonkatsu ramen – always hits the spot (especially the chicken karaage with curry)!

Got delivery last night, thinking that it was special because it was real Japanese people were running the restaurant when we dined in but it was okay flavor. There is some other ramen place throughout the city with better deep delish broth. IYKYK I thought it was same flavor with instant ramen packet, not the cheap one but couple more dollars in frozen aisle in Asian grocery store.

The ramen was delicious!! I’ve never been to a place that lets you customize every bit of it and I loved that. We got the Tonkatsu ramen and fried chicken bites. 100% recommend! Great service and super friendly staff!

I’ve been here a couple times for ramen. Service is fast and good. Love that you can customize your ramen for noodle firmness, salt level, meat, etc. Definitely a solid ramen place in the city!

One of my favorite restaurants in Lakeview East. I haven’t tried their ramen, but I’ve come many times for the curry rice with fried pork/chicken and it’s amazing every time. Fast and friendly service as well.

The ramen is good but I like it with more vegetables. There’s no option to add things like cabbage, sprouts, spinach, etc. Don’t get the shrimp tempura; with tax it’s nearly $19. Add tip and your paying over $20 for two pieces of medium large shrimp.
