Just received my order. Noodles dry! Where’s the pesto???!!! The parmesan crusted chicken was dry, hard and salty ( got charged 5.37 extra for that inedible rubberized blood pressure medicine induced product! Definitely awful experience. This is the only item I ever order from the menu no matter what city I’m in so I definitely know how delicious it is. Huge fail. Someone may be playing chef bcs I’ve never tasted this item so poorly made. Total fail. Ended up simply throwing it away. Wasted my time and my money.

At this location, you are able to pick which noodle you would like to pair with your dish. There are descriptions of the noodles, but it’s hard to know exactly which one is right. It may have been the noodles that I chose were just to large for my dish. But, I also didn’t care very much for the broth. The noodles were far too large for the asian soup that I ordered. My suggestion for the menu would be to recommend a noodle that would compliment each dish.

So my wife decided we should try a new place. Noodles and Company was the place. Tess was the lady that helped us and she is outstanding. The place is really clean and open. The food was packed full of flavor, however they put this green stuff in my food. There is steak in this bowl somewhere.

My children really enjoy the food here. This location is enjoyable due to its cleanliness, good atmosphere, and hard-working and friendly staff. In particular, I would like to mention the man who took our order, Jerry. He was unbelievably professional and friendly. He was also kind enough to come over to our table and clear our food when we were done, even though the customer is expected to dispose of their own. His ability to treat a “serve yourself establishment” as a full service restaurant was noted and very much appreciated after a long and tiring day. I have to say I absolutely loved my time at Noodles and Company. It was our first time there. I was immediately taken care of. Vivian greated us and was super helpful from the very beginning. She was so friendly and accommodating to the very end. She was able to reccommend us food that we ultimately did end up loving. She is a great employee, and that she has eaten everything on the menu and not only knows it but can explain it well. Our food was great, beyond great. Fast and fresh. I have absolutely no complaints. I will most definitely be eating here time and time again. Thanks so much for your service Vivian! The cookies and rice crispy treats were exceptional. The food was great as always, but we had gotten some potstickers and we were finished with our meal by the time we got them. Not a huge deal as it seemed like they knew why I came up to the register and had not forgotten about them. Love the soda fountain machines here and it was very clean and the servers were very nice. Always appreciate that especially during a late dinner.

Always a great dish. I only eat the chicken mont amor but I get it every day and large sweet tea. I just wish we could go back to the ceramic bowl and stainless flatware. I hate all of the bags, utensils and plastic in the trash bins.
