Amazing view! California roll nachos and edamame were very good. Cocktails were pretty good. A bit more pricey for the drinks and service. I wouldn’t mind going there again.

Drinks were so so. Food was forgettable. Service was scattered and inconsistent. The only redeeming quality is the rooftop. Except it rained, and even though the open bar is covered, the roof leaked. Would I go back? Likely, but not expecting a whole lot. This was a network event function. So, it was good to try it. Definitely a good network atmosphere for network or group functions. Cannot deny the ambiance and decor.

A beautiful rooftop bar and restaurant tucked away on the 20th floor of The Conrad. This place is great for lunch or dinner dates. At Noyane, the serve Nikkei, a traditional cuisine of Peru with Japanese influences. The food was excellent, I had the ceviche roll and the Wagyu Burger, and finished the meal with a blackberry Vodka shaved ice. The cocktails were well executed and bartenders were very knowledgeable. Great for groups, it will be a great brunch destination downtown. I recommend for large groups, just call ahead so they can accommodate you.

Pretty good food, service is absolutely awful. The bus boy came to our table more than the waitress.

I was hesitant to go to Noyane based on the other reviews, however I was pleasantly surprised. I went on a Wednesday night and had to wait less than 30 minutes for a table of 5. The rooftop has beautiful views and the food was pricy but delicious. I had no complainants about the service or wait time for food. We ordered many rounds of food and it all came out in a timely matter. I will say the snow cone drink is overrated. Overall I enjoyed my time!

Fun atmosphere and very unique view of the city. I tried the shrimp tempura and a couple different rolls, and both were great! I wish they had a few more menu options to offer between the wines, ciders and food. Also, the bathroom situation was not desirable. Only two single bathrooms, which makes for long lines and unclean facilities when the place is busy.

The Conrad. Go Conrad for bringing this brand new (July 2019) venue to Chicago. This rooftop is great. Decided to try this out for just drinks, but we will be back for the food. I don’t want to spoil the surprise too much, but Noyane offers great views of downtown Chicago. The drinks are great, especially an oldie but goodie, coffee with Baileys but my favorite drinks are the Pa Pa Sangria and of course Hibiki it’s a Japanese Whiskey which never disappoints as it’s always a real treat.

The menu seemed very over priced for basic Japanese dishes that you could get for half the price at a nice sushi restaurant. $14 California for a basic California roll? No thanks. Also the matcha beignets were just mediocre and should really be called croissants because they tasted nothing like beignets, but to each their own. The only thing that was worth going there for were the spiked snowballs, but even that seemed like it didn’t even have any alcohol in it. The rooftop had an okay view of the city and the service was quite slow. I would skip this place. If you want to get a cool Instagram picture of their spiked snowball, just order some Chinese takeout, empty out the food, mix up your own cocktail and take a snap of it on your roof. You might even get some better pictures.

4 stars for the view and atmosphere. Fun, rooftop bar with decent sake. Cocktails are a bit too sugary.
