Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had, has anyone noticed the junkies making the pizzas?? They’re all zoned out of their mind and I personally would never let none of them touch my food, pay attention to the employees, they’re all reflections of the owner smh. There’s far more better pizza shops than that one that are ran better with a way better experience. I’ll take my money to Angelo’s lol

Have ordered here hundreds of times and it’s always great but last night we called at 1:00am(which they close at 3) and they said 45 mins which is fine. So 3 am comes and still no delivery, we called at 2:30 to ask what is going on and she said the driver left 20 mins ago, so we wait till 3 and still nothing. I’m guessing they weren’t coming to begin with. You can’t run a business like that. I have had nothing but love for this business but now I understand where the bad reviews come from. They never showed so we canceled. Wasted most of our night waiting around and can’t trust ordering from here anymore. We have been long time customers

Pizza delivery. Wanted to try something different. Toppings were not bad, but the crust was that kind that’s undercooked so it’s still very doughy, and if you’re not careful, the whole clump of toppings slides right off your floppy slice. Underwhelming.

First time trying Nunzio’s. Ordered medium pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and red and green peppers. It was delicious! Very cheesy! The kind you pick up and the cheese pulls a little i ordered online at 12:20am! They’re own until 3am! Delivery driver was very nice and called ahead telling me he was there with my pizza. I highly recommend this place. I tried it because Nothing else was open. But I will now be a repeat customer! By the way have all kinds of food and do catering I saw on website.

I remembered Nunzios not being that great when I was a teenager. It was like eating pizza with grease as the main topping. My fiance however, promised it was now great and convinced me to order a pizza. We just got a large pepperoni but WOW…it was everything I wanted in a slice of pizza that night! Absolutely delicious! I can guarantee we will become regular customers.

I called the Lakewood Nunzio’s at 4 o’clock when they opened and placed an order. When we went to pick it up, they said they didn’t get the order. After some thought, the employee said that our call must have been forwarded to the Nunzio’s on Lorain before Lakewood had a chance to cancel the call forwarding. Their solution was for us to wait while they prepared our order, which would have been okay except that they never apologized. Based on their attitude, I cancelled the order without comment. An hour later I get a call from the Lorain store telling me that unless I picked up the order, I’d be blacklisted. When I tried to explain the mix-up, she got belligerent and argued that my explanation was impossible – that calls weren’t forwarded. During a heated discussion where she called me a liar, I hung up.
