Amazing/healthy ramen my husband has celiac disease and he absolutely cannot have any gluten whatsoever or he gets very sick! The owner of this restaurant is very knowledgeable and we felt very safe. My husband didn’t get sick and he was very happy to have ramen again! This ramen is healthy and isn’t loaded with salt like what you are used to. After I ate it my stomach didn’t feel bloated or heavy. We are definitely going here again in the future!!

This is one of the best ramen places I have ever gone to before. Living in New Jersey, I definitely had to come here to try some ramen. Came in inside, your welcomed with some music. The modern design of the restaurant feels very different from other ramen restaurants. The owner of the place Sal, absolute sweet heart who is dedicated to making his customers happy with the food he is serving. Once I got the food, the food was just absolutely out of this world and cooked to perfection. I couldn’t ask for anything better. As a complimentary desert, Sal brought over this delicious flan topped with some raspberry covering. I definitely have to say that this restaurant was absolutely worth coming to and definitely coming back too. I would highly recommend to come to this restaurant for some really different yet delicious ramen.

First time and I loved it! The vegetable broth ramen classic was just perfect and so filling. The noodles were perfectly cooked as well. The place is super clean and neat. Sal, the owner, did welcomed us and told us story about how he came up with the menu and it was just a really good time with delicious food!

This place is unique. BEST RAMEN on the island, prices are affordable, the girl at the counter is charming and helpful. They have the best Puddings and beverages too. This spot will be the “It” of Babylon soon, so go before it’s gets crowded.
