This was one of the last places I dined at before I left Papillion for good. I’m doing reviews on some of the places I loved to eat at before I left Nebraska and this was definitely a favorite. The food is fantastic, it has a lovely ambience, and the service is consistently great. I’m going to miss it for sure.

This evening I ordered three entrees online for my family. Chicken and shrimp, steak and shrimp, and Steak and chicken which had special instructions to separate from seafood due to seafood allergy. When I got the order the steak and chicken had two pieces of shrimp in the container. I called the restaurant to inform them and was told they did not put shrimp in the container. I said ma’am it happened and it’s okay people aren’t perfect but I’ll bring it back tomorrow for a refund because I can’t eat it. She said they have cameras and maybe someone in my family put shrimp in the container. She said her husband said he did not put it in the container. She also told me that if I have an allergy then I should’ve checked the food before I left….great blame the customer that doesn’t work there!! I also didn’t pick up the order. I politely reminded her that they are NOT perfect and mistakes happen and hung up. I tossed the food and will not return to this restaurant ever again.

Nice and friendly staff but we ordered the Asian crispy chicken and the chicken itself was tough as shoe leather. Calamari was pretty bland as well. We will give it another try but was not terribly impressed unfortunately.

Let’s get right to the point, food is really good, serving conditions for employees and definitely customers is horrific. I never been to a restaurant and felt like I was going to pass out. Do not be confused with the outside weather, I live in Arizona, one of the hottest states in America and never felt this hot and uncomfortable inside of an establishment. My family whom lives here in town, said this place is always hot like today. The poor cook looked like he was going to pass out. The manager or owner went a d got a small baby fan for an establishment that size was a joke. Please get a new business model and invest in your business before a tragedy happens. If you can not afford to keep your business air conditioned and back up fans for all tables and areas close shop.

Overall, if you’re itching for hibachi this is not bad. We were and we met the wonderful people who joined us at the grill. The food was good and the service was very good. We would likely visit this again if we’re in the neighborhood and desire hibachi again. With a try but don’t set your expectations too high.

We had a great time eating at this restaurant last night. It was our first time and it did not disappoint! We waited less than three minutes to get seated on the dining side. The hostess was polite and courteous! Food was yummy and our server was friendly. I think it’s a little more pricey than most of the Japanese restaurants near Omaha area. But this restaurant’s decor is pretty and has nice ambiance and atmosphere. Highly recommend checking it out and dine here at least once.

The food was very good. The service was excellent (even with the trainee who eventually took over our table). It was very busy on a Wednesday night but they seemed to be able to manage the crowd without much of a wait time. I highly recommend if you like sushi. I will come back and try some steak!
