I put in a delivery order with special instructions and they followed the instructions and the food was amazing. I wanted cheese ravioli with meat sauce and alfredo mixed, heavy sauce. Also a salad with extra cheese. Everything was amazing. Definitely be ordering from here more often.

1st time ordering from this location via doordash delivery! Even if it took 45mins, food arrived warm. My family and I are stuffed. Bone in Buffalo mild wings were great. Spaghetti w/ meatballs and the Steak & cheese sub was good too! Compared to another place where we spent a bit more, Paisano’s definitely satisfied us more!

After a day of shopping there’s nothing better than a fresh salad! We love that Paisano’s uses fresh ingredients and encourages substitutions like fried vs grilled chicken on salads! Super easy system to order online and quick turnaround.

Ordered food at 4pm to be delivered by 6pm , food didn’t arrive until 645pm… driver sent msg at 615pm saying food was delivered already and clearly it wasn’t , driver also had terrible attitude and customer service! Called and spoke to the so called Manager “MOE”, that was a waste of time. Offered us our $2.85 tip ( was already pre-charged to the bill). To top it all off, the food was cold. Never ordering from this location “EVER”!

I couldn’t figure out the app to order something to pick up so I just went to the restaurant and ordered from there. Then I had a question about what was on my bank account because I used two different cards and I went back to ask the question and I ended up ordering food and ate it there! Everything worked out fine. The owner’s fantastic!

The 1st time I purchased from this location they forgot an item of my Order and I had to call them and drive back to retrieve it. I let it go as I thought Human error, it happens. But today not only am I not able to pleace an order online because the site is not available but Noone answers the phones. Ive been on Hold for al.ost 30mins and so far no answer. Terrible service.

My pizza has been late twice by over 30 mins – 1 hour because of lack of delivery drivers. We got no notification until I called the store.The first time the manager gave us a credit for the next order. This time I got a different manager basically arguing with me because the pizza was only 5 mins late but it was still at the store and the driver has not even picked it up yet so it is obviously gonna take at least another 30 mins to get to my house. I asked for a refund or even just a partial refund and he told me absolutely not. THEY KNOW NOTHING ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NEED BETTER MANAGEMENT!!! IT’S NOT THE CUSTOMERS FAULT YOU DONT HAVE ENOUGH DRIVERS!!!
