They barely had any food available, I got the last three leaves of Super greens and the last burnt remnants of Kung Pao. Even the Orange chicken was so old and stale that it was crunchy. With the side of dry chow mein. And those dishes were the only options besides chicken teriyaki which they didn’t cut up and didn’t include forks in our bag.

Racially Profiled.. Went There This Past Thursday.. 7 at Night.. Tried To Order Food But Was Denied.. At The Same Time I Thought They Was Closing.. I asked for honey sesame chicken and got a bunch of veggies with three dry bits of chicken. When i went back in to complain and showed them all the veggies and lil bits of chicken, instead of getting good customer service all i got was excuses about how they only give one scoop full and that veggies come with the chicken. Both the manager and the girl who made my plate were being very stingy. Instead of just giving me a little more chicken, the manager (asian woman incase there is more than one manager there) had to make me a whole new plate so that she could weigh it at the end lol… they are a joke! Customer service sucks. Never going here for lunch again. This place is only for the college kids that live near by. Until they get better management i guess.

Total waste of my time. I came in a noon on a Sunday to this old dried up food and the manager told me she was making things cook to order and it will be 20 mins to get my order. I was on my lunch break and couldn’t wait over 20 min for my food. I was so disappointed. The service was horrible and I will never eat here again

The worst location ever! The most unfocused unfriendly non caring atmosphere. I was literally asking for vegetarian options and she kept offering me beef and broccoli. I was offended and annoyed. They don’t take the survey codes, they had nother prepared only a few dishes. Said they didn’t have all the ingredients for the veggies and still wanted to charge the premium fee for the one option I could eat. Not to mention their energy was so off putting I was treated like less than… The parking meters outside kept spitting out the change. It was all just an annoying, unsatisfying experience overall. I left with nothing but an empty stomach and a sour taste in my mouth from all the negativity.
