Second time here since they opened. Service and food just as bad. Drew the cashier, attempted to short change me 75 cents. Ring total is 10.06. I give 11 cash. His response. All I have is a quarter change. Our automatic changer is not working. Um so don’t short change the guest. That’s not mybissue. I waited till I received proper change. Drew stated he was dyslexic. Then don’t put him in charge of cash. Kids today! Learn skills so you don’t look so stupid when things go wrong. Understand how to solve problems. Food was Luke warm. This was the worst experience at a panda express. . Close it or fix it.

Not enough chicken to even touch the top of the tiny to go container. Very chewy batter on the orange chicken, hardly any spice, Panda now serves the sweet and sour sauce cold from squeeze packet so 86 the spring rolls, oh and the water cup is like 8oz or something ridiculous. Zero sound dampening or soft surfaces in the restaurant and all tile so it’s extremely loud. Dear Panda: Pile the chicken on, make it in small batches so it’s always hot, turn up the heat so batter has crunch, the smell from the spice should burn your nose from Orange Chicken when it’s fresh, serve piping hot sweet and sour sauce like you once did(this rescues the often cold spring rolls) and use thick rubber matts to limit room noise.

We love this place, they have good food if you are looking for quick meals! But yesterday we stopped by 8:15pm because we knew they would be closing soon (9:00pm) and they didn’t have any food I asked for 5 of them Maine dishes! I don’t know why they didn’t have food 45 minutes before they closed?

Honestly we were really disappointed, not that our expectations are super high for it being fast food but the noodles were pretty flavorless and my beef and broccoli was quite literally all broccoli, there were 4 very small pieces of beef in it. The orange chicken was not bad, but compared to other locations it overall wasn’t good. The picture is the amount of broccoli

Went to this Panda Express for the first time. There were at least 6 people working. We were going to dine in. No one greeted us or acknowledged we stood for at least 10 minutes. We were excited about Panda Express being in our area. Not so much anymore. Apparently all these people were more concerned about drive thru. We walked out.

Paid 50 bucks for 4 meals, and apparently was too much to handle for them. They forgot multiple sides and 2 drinks but gladly charged me for them without problems. In addition the food was poorly packaged and tipped out of bag as soon as vehicle started moving, spilling food sauce onto floor of my car. Made several attempts to have money refunded and no response.
