Longest line ever. They seem to prioritize online orders, so if you’re coming at lunchtime, be prepared for a long wait (unless you order online).

I love the young lady who works there she’s so nice and patience their food is always so hot and well prepared. The older Chinese lady is very rude. You get charged extra for steak and shrimp but they give you a skimpy portion

I work close by so I always stop in for a quick bite. The staff is friendly and always ask if you would like samples, which I appreciate. I got the Bejing beef and orange chicken, the Bejing beef was cooked nicely, the only gripe is I wish they would add more seasonal dishes to the menu and seafood options. But, overall place is kept fairly clean and service is prompt, definitely good for groups but seating can be limited during peak lunch hours.

I would not recommend this location. I go there at least every other day, and sometimes two days in a row. The staff is usually nice (for the most part), but during my most recent trip to this location, a young man ahead of me in line was a dollar and some change short for his meal because he was not informed that the topping he got was a premium. He asked to come back and pay the rest tomorrow, and the lady immediately told him he cannot have the food (which is totally understandable, but we all know what happens when food goes unused in restaurants – it goes in the trash [wasting even more money] or it goes to the staff – which doesn’t happen as often as you’d like to believe.) I offered to pay the dollar and change for the young man. I pay, then wait for her to ring my food up. As I’m waiting for her to ring my food up, the cashier is constantly reminding me that I still have to pay…. for my food… while also pestering me for a donation to a child’s hospital (unfortunately, my donation just went to the young man). The card reader tells me to remove the card, and I reach to grab my food. She snatches the bag back as if I’m going to run off with it – I guess it was still processing on her end. I told her I didn’t appreciate the incident, and I won’t be coming back, and she smiled as though she’s happy to lose business. That’s $50-$60 a week I can spend somewhere else.

Well it’s 10:34, it says they’re open but the doors locked and everyone’s just standing behind the counter staring at all of us on the sidewalk waiting to get in.

I ordered online since normally by the time I walk over the food is ready on some shelves near the register. Today I got caught up in a phone call and didnt arrive right away but rather 10 minutes later. The shelves are gone and they told me they hadn’t started on my order yet. I watched as several people who came in after I did get in line, order, pay and leave. I approached the register several times and each time I was told they would start on my order soon.

I went in there between the time of 11am and 12pm, I could not make a purchase at this location because the cashier was so focused on putting on her watch. The location did look clean and also the food looked good too.
