I have to admit that I’ve never been a fan of Panda express. The subpar Chinese fastfood loaded with sugar has never appealed to me. Walking in this place was noticeably busy even towards the end of the lunch rush. The place us surprisingly big for a strip mall location so close to downtown. The staff is friendly and took a few seconds to walk me through ordering. I ended up getting the beijing beef and orange chicken with chow mein with a side of crab rangoon. The Crab rangoon is terrible. Creamy with not much else going for it as far as flavor. I didn’t detect even a hint of crab.

I had a great experience here! Restaurant was clean, food was fresh, and the customer service was the best I’ve experienced in fast food in so long. It was so refreshing and not just with me but every customer that came in while I was eating. I told the manager how good the customer service was, especially the young lady at the register. I told her the sprite tasted funny and wasn’t good and she made sure it was changed and I received my sprite nice and crisp. Love it, keep up the great work!

This location no longer give you heaping bowl like the other Panda Express locations. 1 entry rice bowl with the lid closed, you can shake the bowl and feel your food bouncing around. I did two different times, got food from different girls and still got the same result. Other locations in the city still sell you heaping bowl of food. This location is just not consistent with their quantity. Now I just get a sandwich next door instead.

Quality of the food is the same as usual. I for my usual Beijing beef, and tried the new stir fry steak. However the girl who scoop the food aren’t generous at all and when I opened up my plate, I only found 4 pieces of steak from the tie fry, the rest was onion and mushroom.

I love the food @Panda Express! There is usually a long wait here at this location and the food is not always the freshest! I know the worker’s are constantly moving, so I can understand if some things fall behind, especially, when they are understaffed & the line it’s halfway out of the door!!!
