Made my tummy upset 🙁 . The orange chicken tasted more tangy more sweet than any other panda. The chow mane tasted like Low quality Chinese buffet. It’s like chewing on plastic and the food extra greasy(Other panda expresses are really good I love panda(but not this one))

I remember one time I was back here while I was still at UIC. It was busy but I was next in line and I thought I told the lady my order and proceeded down.. come to find out she was yelling to get my attention (I didn’t know it was directed at me so I thought she was shouting at somebody else but it turned out it was me) she was yelling at me what I wanted and I told her I wanted orange chicken as a side because maybe she missed that part cuz I do tend to be quiet sometimes but she screamed “NO!!” at me so I repeated my whole order.. I understand that I misunderstood the situation but there is no reason for the employees to treat students let alone customers that way even if there was a mistake. People even picked up on this poor interaction as the older lady next to me was even confused and thought she was screaming at somebody else and a girl who was still in line witnessed it and asked me if I did got my food. So rude, nobody wants to be screamed at while they’re ordering their lunch. I come here every so often and had no problems until this interaction made me steer away from them.

Before you eat the orange chicken (or any meat for that matter), I recommend cutting a piece of it and checking to see if it’s cooked. I only had two things, fried rice and orange chicken and they were both not good and taste different from other Panda Express locations.

The food is unseasoned. They barely fill the bowls and give no fortune cookies like other Panda Express. Not to mention the horrible customer service. I don’t recommend going, it’s not worth your money.

Horrible service; came in at 5:30 (they close at 7) workers were sitting talking and cleaning, asked if they were open, yelled that what’s on display is the only thing available. they had orange chicken, rice and that’s it. orange chicken was so spicy and tasted bad, couldn’t even finish my bowl. also it’s 80% rice 20% entree 🙁

Workers are extremely rude, they have no sense of professionalism. They intimidate customers to get what they want. By far the worst experience I’ve had of any place to eat, this establishment should be shut down and never reopened.

like others have said, awful customer service. who the hell screams at a college student who’s just trying to grab one pair of chopsticks? do you guard the napkins with your life, too? did you personally buy each chopstick? seriously? dunkin’ doesn’t tell me to put the napkins back, wow bao rightly does not care if you grab one fork to eat with, and the chick-fil-a employees are compassionate enough to give you a free drink if you really need it. i regret ever spending a dime at this panda express. the food was not good anyways, and i felt sick after eating it. this location needs to figure things out. save your time and go to literally any other restaurant on campus.

Save yourself the time, and go to another Panda Express. I’ve come here THREE times, and it’s been trash all three times. The rice is mushy, and I don’t know what they do with the entrees but they all taste completely different from all other establishments. I gave it a chance twice after the first and I can’t believe they legitimately serve that food. It’s disgusting compared to the original flavor. 0/5
