Don’t waste your time stopping at this location the slowest service I’ve ever seen. Just had to walk out . Come on how long does it take to place an order at Panda Express It should be quick and easy. It’s not rocket science. And to top it off. They sure like to pay their employees well.

I simply could not ask for better service! Every time busy or slow I get consistent, friendly and amazing customer service. On top of that the food is always cooked perfectly and portioned out appropriately (generously). I know Angie, Kathy, and Jennifer by name and vice versa so it really feels like a second home to grab food and see some friendly faces…the other employees (the names of which I don’t know) are just as exceptional in service and attitude! 100/100 would recommend this panda over the others. You won’t be upset! Cheers to you all and thanks to the team there that makes my day everytime I walk through the door <3.

Bad experience all around. They give very small portions. The orange chicken they put in for kids meal is small broken pieces. When I asked the server that even kids meal deserves couple whole pieces , he refused. I talked to the manager and he argues that kids meal is only 4 ounces and again refused to do anything. Kids meal doesn’t mean the kid doesn’t deserve a good meal. This is not the first time this location short change their customers. I went home and weighted the food they give, it’s only 2.6 ounces for the orange chicken. That’s 33% less on what Manager Noah stated the proper portion should be. He is incompetent to be a manager and doesn’t know what customer service is. See the pictures for yourself. Two separate purchases. Third picture is the weighted portion of the the 2nd purchase. If you want what you pay for, avoid this location.

This is usually the Panda Express location I go to. I always get the Orange Chicken, as that’s their specialty, but I’ve noticed the flavor is different every time. Sometimes it’s more spicy while other times more mild. I guess it depends on who is preparing it. They also ALWAYS use the styrofoam to go boxes, even though I eat it for here. I have to ask to get a regular plate, and they always look at me weird for asking for one. Today the checkout employee didn’t even know how to ring me up as she’s never seen a plate before…seriously…

I had ordered the steamed vegetables and the orange chicken and ended up having the two ladies laugh at me because there was little vegetables, we were also rushed and the lady kept asking us if we wanted to donate, we had said no the first time but the lady kept asking us until we said yes. Just be mindful going here because you will be rushed.

You will be terribly disappointed if you eat at this location. Definitely don’t go after 8:00 or close to closing when the employees could care less about you or your food. Only about cleaning up and getting out of the store. The music was better than the food. The rice was not cooked all the way and the shrimp was not fresh at all. It was barely warm. Most of the food in the containers were barely anything left in each one. These employees could care less about anything. I don’t even know how the manager has not taken a look at this and made this store any better. I’m convinced it will never get better. The undercover boss needs to come here and shut this place down. Yes, I was very hungry and had already pulled into this place to eat is the only reason I continued with my order.

Every single time I decide to give this place another chance they disappoint.. I’m absolutely done with this location. They start washing the stoves and saying the oven is shut down at about 8:30-9pm. I always watch people walk in and right out. The owner and managers obviously care less because I see several reviews about the same issue and nothing is being addressed. If you can care less about your customers just shut down. If you go to the panda on Gilbert Rd they will cook your food all the way until closing. You can clean up after you close. If you’re open that means you should still serve. It’s absolutely horrible business. I will never come here again!

I wish people would not go to this place just to remind them that there is no them without us hard working paying customers. This is our 1st time in Chandler AZ and wife and kids picked Panda Express . We arrive at 9:30 and ordered well the fried rice was all gone and was told we will not make anymore . I don’t want to be petty but it’s the principle of it. Very ungrateful business maybe no customers no money no business just as a little reminder appreciate the customer. Sorry Panda you need a refresher in customer service.
