this panda is so bad and their food portions are terrible, the orange chicken is always stale, i ordered mushroom chicken and absolutely got zero chicken in my tiny portion of it, and everytime i come here for chow mein it is 75% cabbage. the panda express in the tucson mall is WAY better because their food ALWAYS tastes fresh, portions are big, and there is barely any cabbage in their chow mein, the cooks at this location need to be retrained or something.

Ordered ahead on the app, got to the restaurant and was told they didn’t have my food ready yet. I was instructed to pull around to the front and my food would be right out. 30 minutes go by and countless other people get served in both the drive-through and inside. I finally go in and get blank stares from the employees until one says “Sorry we’re waiting on the Beijing Beef to be ready,” as someone is being served Beijing Beef right next to her. To top it all off, the order I received was incorrect , the chicken cold, the rice mushy and the noodles crunchy. By far the worst experience from Panda Express and a reason for others to stay away.

Went to go pick up my food. Turns out they gave it to someone else. They told me they cannot remake it because someone else took it and that’s not their problem. And if I wanted my food, I would have to re-order again and pay a second time. Granted, I finally got a refund after talking to the manager, but the fact that they wouldn’t remake my food instead is what blows my mind because of their mistake. I now need to go somewhere else to eat. Do better!

This has been our go to. Last 3 meals we purchased were not good. My Teriyaki chicken had 6 pieces that were like Jerry. Noodles were like warm at best. Rice undercooked and hard. Won’t be back

Truthfully, if it wasn’t for the good food, I wouldn’t of wanted to leave any stars at all. I just went to the drive-through at 5:31 in Marana July 21 2023 Samantha G was the server her and one of the the males that were there working were rude as they cut me off after I had to repeat how I would like my order four times to the male the woman Samantha chimes in and then she’s rudely interrupting me as I tried to tell her to start over because the screen is incorrect and then she has an attitude with me an basically tells me I am telling her my order the wrong way entrees first ! I will not be returning to this location !

First of all, the line was very long, but I waited for a very short time to get to the front. Service was great, they make sure you get exactly what you asked without asking what you wanted. The food tasted amazing(I love the orange chicken). They have outdoor seating and a drive through, but they don’t offer table service. Over all great place.
