Every single time I order from this location to pick up is a horrible experience. It got to the point where I stopped ordering from this location for quite some time. I decided to give them another try, and I was disappointed once again. They tell you the sauces are in the bag, if you check at the store they stand there and give you dirty looks. Just to find there are no sauces in the bag. I did not check the bag and got home and low and behold no sauces for the teriyaki chicken. If I wanted just grilled chicken I would make it at home. The manager working at this store has the worst attitude. Always snapping and should not be in the customer service industry. The food isn’t even worth the fustrations, it comes out old the chow main is stale, the white rice is crunchy and the orange chicken is mostly gristle or batter. 1/10 do not recommend eating at the Panda Express in Windsor, CA.

My family came here to eat lunch and enjoyed it very much. It’s a little greasy but the food is very fresh and good quality. Tasty as well. Wish they had a tofu or a few vegetarian dishes. The place is clean and the employees are swift and on the ball.

I order online. The same order came up 5 times all canceled but charged my brother card. We both called several times. He was able to get the phone picked up once. But after we called the number that they gave us which they were not open we tried calling back the Windsor Panda over 10 times to no one answering the phone. I will never go to another Panda.

The thing I love best about Panda Express is the family meal they have it’s a great deal for 2995! Dollar sign! Thank you very much for the good food that I’ve eaten and you know what time to go on there when the food is fresh it’s always five o clock! Now I went to Panda Express in reading and yet they’re nowhere as good as you! And they don’t have the family deal for the same things I order for the $29.95 they charge almost 50 bucks with two egg rolls! The food was impressed the people aren’t happy and the meal wasn’t very good because it tastes like it’s sat around for a while but yours is always hot and fresh thank you very much fast food Chinese food and for the price you can’t beat it give me the honey walnut shrimp any day of the week
