Do not order a salad! This is apparently a $10 Cesar salad. And the croutons were cardboard. Pizza is good. Service and pricing will prevent me from going back. Don’t order via online. They should just stop offering those websites to order from if they are not going to honor that price.

I love this place! They are set up mostly for pick up, but they do have a small dining area if you’re hungry right then in there. One point they even let me bring my small dog, and while I waited for my pizza in the great place! and their pizzas are excellent! This is really a five-star place. I definitely recommend them.

Incompetent people. Called to order a pizza, the girl who took the order over the phone had trouble running the payment after the 6th time of repeating the card # to her because she was having trouble with the “computer”. we decided to cancel. We ended up ordering from a different place. Papa Joe’s delivered the pizza anyways after we had canceled , not knowing that papa Joe’s delivered their pizza. my kids immediately started to dig in. A few Minutes later the pizza I expected to come from the other place had shown up. So I got stuck with 2 pizzas from 2 different places. A few min. after that I got a call from Papa Joe’s demanding payment for the pizza that we canceled. The girl who couldn’t ring the payment didn’t apologize for the mix up . We asked for the manager. A man picked up very rudely, and said he was the owner and didn’t want to hear about what happen and what led to the mix up. He didn’t care, he just wanted the payment for the pizza. Ordered both thin and “double crust” and was extremely unimpressed. Crust was dry and hard like it’s been stale for months. Getting double crust is double the punishment. Forget about eating leftovers because this pizza goes from barely edible to disgusting after 24 hours. See next day pic. Tossed out half the pie. Way too many other good options in the area than to waste your money here. Gets two stars because pasta, salad and wings were decent. I’d still avoid at all costs.

Ordered pizza for carry-out and was told it would be 40 minutes. Which seemed long. When I went to pick it up they were closed. No call from them or anything. Don’t waste your time with this place.

This business went downhill and fast. We ordered pizza for my daughter’s birthday party and due to a staff shortage, Papa Joe himself made our pizza. And he made it incorrectly….twice. The first time the pizza came wrong, we called and let them know and they said that they would send out a new pizza but wanted the wrong one back…um…why would they want a pizza that has already been in my house?? The second order was then sent and it was wrong….again. We call again and the best they could do the second time was a $2.50 cent coupon on our next order. As this was totally unacceptable, my husband went and spoke with Papa Joe. At first he (PJ) refused to come out of the kitchen and was screaming and swearing about his customers. After coming out to speak to a long time customer, Papa Joe was very aggressive, along with just plain rude. After finally listening to what my husband had to say, Papa agreed to give us a free pizza the next time we ordered. Fast forward to today and I call to get our free pizza and am given the run around and hung up on by Papa Joe himself. I call back and can hear him in the background saying “it’s her and I don’t want to deal with it.” Then they refused to deliver my “free” pizza unless I order an additional amount of food (not free). Customer service is in the toilet in this joint.
