Not entirely sure what happened recently, when I visited this location last, but a person, along with myself placed an online order from here, (Pizza & Pasta) the pizza turned out great like usual, the bowl on the other hand, is entirely another story (as seen on commercials) also from the picture below there’s clearly no Pasta at all, just meat & cheese everything was slid into the corner to show this, hence the reason for this review, if you’re going to label something as a “Pasta Bowl” please for the love of God, add PASTA!

Ordered the Shaq-a-Roni pizza [which includes Xlarge pizza with Xtra cheese, and Xtra pepperoni] yet what I ordered looked nothing like what is being advertised. I called and explained the issue, explaining that I felt like I was shorted and that this was false advertising. Yet what I was told is “Not every pizza will look the same.” – Sure, but they can look like the freaking advertisement at least.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! I placed my order on the Papa Johns app we order from Papa Johns often last month we stayed at a hotel locally and had ordered food apparently that address saved in their system but not on my app I made sure to check the address as I just moved so I know they had the correct address on the app they still proceeded to deliver my food to the hotel and informed me it must had auto saved on their end and they just left my food at the hotel when they realize they had brought it to the wrong place! I had no idea! nobody informed me I called to ask where my food is she told me where she delivered it that she was a manager I explained the situation Offered to screenshot the app and show my id she Continued asking me questions making it seem like I wasn’t who I offered to show that I had the correct address on my end she said she didn’t care she refuse to tell me if she left my food with a person or just at the front desk refused to remake my order refused to deliver my order it was $40 worth of pizza I’m a single mom that’s a lot of money to me so I asked to speak to another manager and I asked for corporate numbers they would not give it to me they not give me their general managers number they would not give me anybody’s names And told me the only number I was going to get was on the front door Which was just the stores number told me that he would remake my food but they refused to drive it to me I had to come pick it up all the way across town with three kids at 9 o’clock at night when I got there he was extremely rude and to be honest I was a little worried to eat my pizza or feed it to my children I was hoping he didn’t do anything to my food by the way he was acting! he did tell me the lady I spoke with was named Courtney didn’t even offer an apology and only said he would remake my food when I let him know I was going to be calling the store first thing in the morning! Both of them need to find a new job if they hate the one they have so bad!!! Terrible experience

They’re always pretty quick! Quality control is a little spotty. I always order the same pizza and sometimes it comes with lots of sauce or almost none. Thick fluffy crust (yum!) or thin crust. Even though I always input the order the same. That said I like them and they have earned my continued patronage.

I had to make a last minute change to my order, and the staff was friendly, accommodating, and got the order all right in the end. They definitely could have said no, but they were happy to help. The delivery driver was cool too. In my experience, this Papa compares just as well to all the others in the world!

I have never placed a review on a restaurant. They don’t care for their customers. My friend (who is vegan) and I wanted to split a pizza – half with cheese and half without. At first, they said they could do it; however, after 40 minutes of waiting they never got back to us. When we called again apparently they can not add shredded mozzarella on one side. They couldn’t tell us before? To top it off, they laughed in our faces not once, not three times, but FIVE times as we tried to reach the person who said it could happen. Thank god it is just fast food pizza because that customer service would never suffice in a real restaurant.

We love Papa John’s Pizza and have ordered here many times. Sadly, we will no longer be doing business with this one. Our drink was not delivered. The driver assured me that he would return with it. Soon after, someone called from the restaurant to offer a future credit instead. I asked that they bring it with their next delivery. 2hrs later… no drink! I do not like to be petty, but this is very poor customer service.

I ordered my pizza, a simple small extra cheese pizza, that came to about $15. I ordered this around midnight, and asked if they were still delivering. The man (I think his name was Bryce, could be wrong though) said they were and that the wait time was 35 minutes. Well, here I am right now an hour and a half from my order time later. Where is my pizza? I have been extremely hungry and very unhappy. I’ve called the store five times with no answer, because they closed at 12:30 before delivering the pizza they promised.
