I had the worst, horrific experience at this Papa John’s. I ordered one pizza and 5 toppings. I was ordered at 5:26 p.m. I was told it would take about 25 minutes, well 6:15 p.m. came to pass and when I inquired about my pizza they hadn’t even made it yet. I was very angry but held my peace. I and several people in line asked for refunds. I will no, not never, ever visit this establishment again.

Absolutely ghetto. So unprofessional. My family and I ordered 4 medium pizzas. They gave us smalls and then 1 of them were completely doughy and undone. We called the restaurant. They didn’t answer because they decided to close early. So we waited until the morning and called again. Lady on the phone tells us we have to bring the doughy pizza in to show her the issue. We said “okay well what about the 4 small pizzas?” She said she can’t replace or fix them because she can’t see them. We asked for a manager and she refused to give us one. We told her we have pictures and asked does that work for her. She completely ignored us then hung up the phone. We have had problems Papa John’s REPEATEDLY. They’re trash! The service is horrible and the food is disgusting. Never again

I hope people read the comments prior to ordering! This is one of the worst stores I have went to and did not expect it in my area. Not feeling well and haven’t eaten all day. Order pizza. Pizza came, barely any sauce massive bubble in the middle in cut and the sauce on the wings was all over the place rather than be on the wings. Called the store and they told me to bring the pizza in. I ordered delivery for a reason. Refused to give my money back and ultimately did not remake the pizza nor wings. Daniel the Manger or whoever, should not have a job. He only works to get paid not to make sure his job & store is ran accordingly. I will be reaching out to as many places as possible to make everyone aware to stay away! These people are miserable and show it in there food and how poorly the business is ran.

Horrible experience! The manager on duty on 06/06/2023 @ approx. 6:30pm was very rude. I was trying to explain to her that I ordered a pizza @ 2:30pm paid for it over the phone for it to be ready at 5:30pm. Why would they cook my pizza at 2:30pm if I’m not picking up until 5.30pm. They lost a business customer. I have a whole staff that was very upset because pizza was hard and cold and all the manager said well it’s not our fault! Well it is ya’ll fault because if the girl that answered the phone would’ve listen to what I was saying this problem wouldn’t happen. I’m very upset and my company will not be ordering from this store again. Please train your managers on how to handle situations versus getting an attitude and being rude. I’m the paying customer and without customers it’s no Papa Johns. I would like to speak to a District Manager in regards on how my company was treated today. This was a horrible experience. Please be mindful if your eating at this restaurant. They have no customer service skills. It’s sad! Train your people to handle the public. Not okay!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Pizza delivered and it looks like they dropped it on the floor. Called thinking they were going to fix and the manager Shanya States they are cleaning the oven and not taking orders 3 hours before closing. The food was great today. Hot! Left out dipping sauce but all good. The problem I have is the 5.00 delivery fee that doesn’t go to the driver at all. It’s hard to tip them well when you hike up the price like that. They should get at least half. Well today I gave the driver almost $10 tip and he didn’t seem like it phased him. I guess he was appreciative…I would have said thank you at least

Called and ordered a pizza and my husband walked there to pick up. We were told they were making it. He got there and was told they had no order and the girl working was very rude! Very sad considering the bad reviews they already have. I tried calling back and no answer!! Honestly, why have a business if you don’t even answer the phone!!

Apparently they can’t do partial refunds even though they made one pizza perfectly, but messed up the second one twice. I asked if it could be put back on my account or something but all I can get is a free pizza. But why would I want a free pizza from here if they won’t make it correctly? They also don’t have the number for corporate because they are privately owned. Every store should still have corporates number regardless. I understand the workers want to go home because Of course this happened right before they closed, but that’s why I simply wanted a refund. I understand people want to go home and I appreciate that they tried to remake it. However, I am paying you for a service and sadly you failed at it (not completely), but you still failed. I just wanted my money back. This was an inconvenience for me because I just wanted to get my refund and back home to my kids. Dinner was ruined so I had to figure out something else and I was going the money I was hoping to get from the refund to get them something else to eat.

Ordered in the establishment. Told 15 minutes to pick-up. After the allotted time, I walked in to be told it would be 15 minutes more. The cashier was so quiet that I had to ask her to repeat everything. Not recommended.
