I love Papa John’s and have been patronizing them for years! They now offer two slices of pizza and a twenty ounce beverage for just five bucks! This is perfect for pizza lovers that only eat a few slices! I decided on the pepperoni pizza and grabbed an orange crush drink to wash it all down. So, here’s my take: I’m rating this a three because it seems that somewhere along the line they’ve altered the recipe. The topping was great, but the sauce was too sweet. I’m definitely not a fan of sweet pizza sauce. I prefer a garlicky, aromatic flavor. I still ate it though (lol). I probably won’t be ordering pizza from there ever again, but aside from the sweet pizza sauce this location is okay and I wouldn’t totally oppose anyone from patronizing this establishment.

ordered food close to when they closed because i get off of work late and the website allowed me to. what got delivered was completely undercooked, the dough was almost entirely raw. close the site to orders after a certain time if it won’t get made properly

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I ordered my pizza without peppers, a pepsi zero and wings with blue cheese dipping sauce. The pizza arrived 1:30 hours later with peppers, a diet pepsi (instead of the zero) and no wings. The delivery man came back with the wings and a regular garlic sauce (yes the one they give with the pizza). When I called they didn’t cared. I think it’s the worst customer service. Don’t order from PJ, at least from this location.

Ordered a pizza and waited a hour tried calling the store on updates on the delivery no one answered so I wasted 30 minutes trying to get in touch with the store until they cancelled my order and I never got my pizza dont recommend

I had ordered garlic knots and all of them are uncooked or undercooked. This has happened three times now. You can literally see the dough inside the knots. When I called the outlet (at 1151 West Taylor in Chicago) they told me its not possible and even if it is they cannot do anything about it. Moreover he was least interested and arrogantly asked me to come to the outlet myself!!!

We used to order from here quite often but over time the customer service and quality of food has declined. This was capped off yesterday night. 1st our food which was supposed to be here in 29 minutes (per their email) took 72 minutes. Delivery comes and we don’t have the extra sauces we paid for nor the correct breadsticks and 1/2 the pizza was so overcooked it was burnt. My husband called to amend situation only to have manager literally hang up on him while he was asking a question. I called indicating we did not want a credit at the store, we wanted our money back – the manager was so ridiculously rude, not listening and just interrupting me. As I was still speaking she then hung up on me. I can sympathize that getting employees to work nowadays is very difficult but when the actual manager acts like this why would ANYONE in their right mind support this business. Wrong food, missing food and terrible leadership = poor business.
