We grabbed some pizzas from here around 5:30 on 8/11. We ordered a large pepperoni and an XL New York style pepperoni. The only difference was the size of the pizzas and how big the slices were cut. They were both hot fresh and delicious though! And the garlic dipping sauce they come with is a great way to finish off the crust!

Portion size was ridiculous! I picked my order up walked in was not greeted, waited over 5 minutes for someone to help me and there was no one making orders one person had their headphones in the other person was counting boxes. This was very disappointing as I used to love papa John’s but the location of 9th & university this is making me question if it’s worth it to drive to that location instead of supporting a location who clearly has no proper training or customer service!

Ordered for delivery. Pizza was missing any side sauces and the pizza wasn’t even cut through. I called about getting sauce and was told it would be an hour before I would get some. She was friendly but seemed shocked that I wanted my sauce.

Normally I wouldn’t say anything and just chalk it up to a mistake, but given that my order completion time was 14-24 min and I got there 10 minutes after that. It was also dead when I arrived, after I got home and went to eat my Oreo bites I found out they didn’t include the icing. The food was still warm and good but the Oreo bites would have been wayyyyy better with it. I’ll probably still come to this location I just know now to check to make sure everything is in there before leaving.

Pizza tasted rotten. I contacted the restaurant and never heard back. Just threw out the food as I could not eat it. My friend thought the pepperoni was spoiled tasting and I thought the cheese tasted bad as well. Out $30 ig.

Well we were craving pizza and wings, while enjoying the football playoffs. Normally when I order from papa John’s, using the app, we get our delivery from the 82nd st location. It’s always awesome and accurate. We have moved and now the delivery came from slide rd location. Well when our food arrived, the pizza was cold, no warmth at all. Our wings unfortunately were also cold as well and missing their sauces. This was so disappointing to spend $47 to get such poor quality. We will not get Papa John’s again from this location and I highly recommend you don’t as well. What a waste of money.

Order was over an hour and fifteen minutes in. So I called. Lady who answered was RUDE with ATTITUDE trying to justify why this order was taking an insane amount of time, like it wasnt long to be waiting for 2 pizzas, 1 being cheese! Lol. Find out they delivered it to the wrong address and were re cooking it. Now we’re 1 hour and 15 minutes in still waiting for it to cook apparently, hopefully they bring it to the right apt. Dont recommend this location

I ordered a single topping small pizza, the order took an hour to make. Ok fine I wait and show up, they didn’t even start my order when I received an indicator to arrive. I had to wait an additional 30 minutes for my food. Terrible service and all around sour attitudes from everyone up front while being ignored until I had to request someone’s attention. They did offer me a coke to compensate but my time is worth more than my money. I’d give less than a star if I could from the treatment and having to wait as long as I did.
