I ordered online said it would take 30 mins, I show up go through the drive thru to pick it up. I push the “ring” button for 5 mins without anyone coming to the window. So, I go inside stand there for over 2 mins while 2 girls are in the back ignoring me. Finally one comes over I tell her I’d been at drive through for over 5 mins, she said “it clearly has a phone number to call” wow!!!! I tell her my name to get my order, says ok it’ll just be a few mins while we get it ready. Seriously? I asked why it took 30 mins if they hadn’t even started it yet. She said take it up with corporate. So rude will not be back
