As a successful bassist and musician, Mick has spent over 30 years traveling the United States and abroad learning from pizza masters the world over. Parma is a family owned business. Mick and his sons are devoted to serving up soulful artisanal and traditional pizzas that take people back to their roots – New York, Detroit, Naples, Sicily, or Ohio.

Called in for takeout during a weekend and tried Parma’s for the first time. Great Detroit style pizza! Food came at a reasonable time and tasted fresh, crust was thick with a crispy bottom. Good sauce, can’t go wrong with basic pepperoni.
