We came in two years ago and gave a 5 star. Today’s visit rates a 3 star. Normally the customer service and food are very good. Not so much with today’s visit. The lady taking our order was not very Friendly at all. Both tender baskets were cold. My guess is they made to much chicken in advance. This is not Normally the case at this restaurant. We come here alot and are pleased when we leave. Must be a bad day. Will be back to give it another try and will update the review when we are done.

My daughter’s and I went into PDQ for their first ever experience there. The sauces were delicious and my younger daughter thought she was in heaven. We got the spicy chicken sandwich, the honey butter sandwich and the chicken strips. All hot and delicious. Special shoutout to Anthony A who had such patience at the register.

The chicken is good and properly cooked. Neither the chicken nor fries have much flavor, but at least they are not oversalted. The 12 chicken nuggets’ meal was satisfying enough that I probably shouldn’t have pre-ordered the chocolate shake or at least no more than the small. However, it turned out to be the highlight of the meal!

When I first moved to Altamonte Springs, I had no clue what PDQ was. In fact, I was nervous to even try it when I finally did stop in to see what the menu looked like. It’s located on the corner of State Road 436 and State Road 434, a quick 5 minute walk from my condo. It’s right next to Walgreens, which is one of the stores I frequent the most, so I was constantly aware of the packed parking lot, the outdoor seating with fans, and the drive thru window.

This place is way overrated. My chicken sandwich was full of gristle and I couldnt even finish it. It’s way too much chicken for a sandwich anyway, i would’ve had to use a fork. The waffle fries also tasted really bland.

My only complaint is the prices, but with how good the food was, I would have paid that much plus more! Went in for a quick meal of 5 extra large chicken tenders and a soda!! The customer service was fabulous! The esting area though had alot of left over food .. bmit didn’t matter. The sauce and the food was worth the trip and going in !! Thanks for a good dinner
