I was told that I couldn’t order a cheese omelette with American cheese in the middle and cheddar on top. They said they’ll do it this time but can’t in the future. Not sure why, but ok. I’ll just go to Robin’s from here on out, they don’t have issues with it.

Keep trying curbside pickup. This is the last effort. They were not even busy. I sat waiting 20 minutes after the pick up time. Called when I got there. Knew I was there said it could be a few minutes. The times I tried it before, my food was usually missing something not that important like bread being toasted. The pickup time has always been wrong though. Then they just ignore you for 15-30 mins and finally hand over food. Would have left. But they forgot an item one time and I emailed them and never heard back. So would be concerned they would not refund me.

I usually avoid poorly rating businesses, but when it comes to customer service, I think others should know. We placed an order online for pickup. My wife arrived to pickup the order and the host said he didn’t see it. She asked if they had other locations and if the order could have ended up there. He said it is possible but that he cannot help her track it down. My wife left and I sent her the receipt which clearly showed this locations address. She went back in and they admitted there was an error and that they would start from scratch. Okay, no big deal yeah? Except, after an hour wait (you think they would prioritize this at this point) my wife leaves with the food. They forgot syrup and whip cream for the pancakes (who wants plain pancakes?) And hotsauce and sour cream for my order. Not to mention, the food was TOSSED in the Togo container. I have had plenty of Togo orders and yeah, sometimes they get a little jumbled, but this was bad.

It’s a shame I received a pancake that looks like it was cooked in a pan that hasn’t been washed in at least a day. It really makes me sick to my stomach that the cooks are willing to let something like this leave the kitchen.

Was excited that they had gluten free bagels and pancakes. Until I saw them preparing the food.. none of the people had gloves on and were touching the bagels with their bare hands. I don’t know about you, but I can’t eat food like that.
