Food is usually good, and service is quick and reasonable. Ordered Pepper Steak this time. Nice portion, plenty of meat, but hardly any peppers in it, mostly onion. Probably the luck of the scoop when prepared.

THE WORST FOOD AND SERVICE AROUND!!!!! This is the worst Chinese restaurant around with the worst service in every aspect. I’ve read a review of missing food when delivered. This happened to us several times. It’s my job to give the order and the restaurants job to take down the order and deliver it in full. That’s the concept of delivery. Very simple. It doesn’t mean delivering most of the food. It means deliver ALL OF THE FOOD and fixing what MISTAKES were made if the order wasn’t fulfilled. I’ve never ordered from a restaurant so detached from customer service, especially since the food quality is below the basic standards.

I placed an order at 608pm and was given a timeframe of 55-75 mins. I called to get a status update after 1 hr 30 mins passed. I was first informed my order was canceled due to being outside of the delivery area. I explained I have received deliveries to my address from them multiple times. Two weeks ago was my last delivery. I then asked why wasn’t I notified that my order was canceled. They then lied and said they call me. I requested to speak to the manager. The manager then informed me that they didn’t have enough drivers so that’s why my order was canceled. I then asked why wasn’t I notified and he also said I was. I ensured him I wasn’t. This place is unprofessional. They lack customer service.

I ask the lady if I gotten the lunch special. She said I should of said it on the phone before showing up. I explained that the food is listed on the menu. She said it is too late the food is already done. I left the restaurant and headed to my car she proceeded after me by recording me and taking photos and followed me to my car. I warn the lady to leave me alone and said if you get my license plate I will do something about it. I ran to cover it up and called the police right away a men jump out the restaurant and square around me as I was getting yelled at .

Just ordered $30 in food. Tryed to get a substitute for crab Rangoons for fried dumplings. Offered to pay extra and they refused. Then I clearly asked for ginger sauce and was willing to pay extra. Well I got sweet and sour sauce when I clearly told them l didn’t want that. Don’t ask this place for anything the way you want it or anything else because you will get what they decide not what the customer wants

Since I’ve moved here this has been my go-to take out chinese spot. The combo platters are great & ready in 10-15 mins. Today when I pick-up my order & left to go home i found something wrong. I immediately called them! They had me come in & they took care of the problem immediately. Even though this is the first time this has happened; I still give them 5 stars! They took care of the problem right away, very accommodating & the women was very nice about the situation/apologized as well. Good customer service on my end.
