We just had an incredible dining experience at Pesto Bistro and Wine Bar in Bradenton, FL! The food there deserves a 10-star review without a doubt. The Italian cuisine surpassed all expectations and was the best I’ve had in a long time. Every dish was prepared with exquisite flavors, and the ambiance added to the overall charm of the place. If you’re looking for an exceptional Italian culinary experience, Pesto Bistro and Wine Bar is the place to go!

Having just moved to Bradenton, I’m always seeking new local restaurants. I made a 7pm reservation for two and we were seated promptly at a cute table in the back, near the bar. The decor and layout were definitely cool. We ordered the meatball appetizer, which was fantastic. I ordered the veal Saltinbocca which was delicious. My partner had the eggplant entrée and loved it. The service was excellent and the owner came by to ask how everything was going. Nice touch! We finished with a cheesecake dessert with mousse topping. It was unbelievable! Great experience and I’ll definitely be back.

We found this amazingly delightful restaurant while looking for Italian when visiting Longboat Key. The menu is varied and service was impeccable. Courtney, our waitress, was fabulous (really a 10+) at suggesting menu items based on my preferences, attentive to our table but not “too” and friendly and fun. We dined outside on the patio with the heater to keep us warm. Don’t miss this–it is a bit out of the way and a bit hidden but definitely worth the trip. Espresso and desserts (which were creative and so yum!) are a must. Ciao!

Came here to celebrate our delayed Valentines Day Dinner. The food was delicious. We had the shrimp-cargot, think escargot but with shrimp. Ooey goodness. For dinner we had the red grouper dinner and the pirata. We took the chocolate cheesecake home. I enjoyed the restaurant 100%, I wasn’t a fan of our server Courtney. I told her that we had an emergency that we needed to leave so could she change the cheesecake to go and we needed the bill. My husband was outside dealing with the emergency on the phone. The cheesecake I understand is packed by the kitchen. But it took a while for the bill to come to me and to get my credit card back. I had the cheesecake in a bag before the bill.

This was the best restaurant we’ve been to in over 20 years. Waitress was amazing! Talked to us & others ! Something you don’t get these days. Owner/chef came to our table and was also amazing! He was very personable and very attentive! Also something you don’t get these days ! The menu has a lot to offer & excellent choices. Steak. Italian. Fish salads soups! The bread is a nice rosemary fresh bread with pesto !! This is a 5 star hidden gem !!!

Pestos Bistro is definitely a hidden gem! Atmosphere was perfect, food was phenomenal. Courtney was our server and went above and beyond to make our group’s dinner wonderful. The Wine list is great and the desserts were insane! The owner/chef came to our table to ensure our satisfaction. We do not live around here but will definitely come back every Tampa trip we take.
