I love the papaya and laab. The laab gets a little salty after awhile IF you pack and take home. The pho was ok. Spring rolls was good.

Dining area is not big. Need to order and pay ahead. Decent pho, the meats and soup are good. The noodle itself is ok. We went there around 10:15am and the only chef who can make salads hadn’t arrived, so no salads 🙁

STILL the best Pho I’ve ever had.. Been eating at their other location for years and am so happy one opened up close to us. I have had Pho all over the world(including vietnam) and I still consider this place the best. The hours are short because the family keeps the recipe closely guarded. Ignore the one bad review that didn’t even try the food. I normally rate based on full experience but the food here is good enough to justify an easy 5 stars.

Food was really good. I ordered pho. ( the broth could have more flavor but good overall) the Laotian sausage was really good with some sticky rice also the papaya salad was good. The guys that work there were very attentive

Friendly, cozy, tasty, clean, but there are very hard vegetables (especially carrots) in the soup, which should have been boiled (very big hard, completely raw pieces of vegetables in the soup – not comfortable for the mouth), I never bit a flat piece of carrot. Why don’t you cook carrots with soup, they don’t change their bright color + and there was something also. Do you want people to break their teeth, adjusting to eat liquid, soft, which is exactly soup…and opps,- ?

I always order the combination pho with all the beef cuts and the beef laab with sticky rice. The beef laab can either be ordered raw or cooked which I’ve had both ways and are equally as good cooked or raw medium spicy.

Ever since the sweet elderly couple that used to own this place sold it, I’ve only heard bad things. And I won’t be back until that changes.

This is the best Pho in town. I also eat at their other restaurant on Stockton Blvd. and it’s the best. The broth is so delicious! Take the time and go see for yourself- you won’t be disappointed.

I’m so excited Pho Anh Doa decided to expand to this part of town (Citrus Height/Roseville). No more 45min drive to South Sac for this yummy bowl.
