Best Pho in Town . We are all the way from San Diego to visit my younger brother who is station in Polk. They bring us an outstanding Vnese food everyday. Good vibes! so we can enjoy the meal despite the freaking hot weather.

I usually like going here when it’s not busy, went today with my son he got the chicken pho and I got the beef brisket pho and it was amazing as always my son didn’t want to leave, I also love their passion fruit tea with rainbow jelly.

Wow, this is some amazing and fresh food. I had the shrimp Pho, veggie egg rolls, spring rolls with amazing peanut butter sauce, and passion fruit Boba tea. My husband and kids took a trip to my mil in Baton Rouge so I was able to enjoy every bit of my food. The sprouts, lime and I think that was mint leaf is a awesome combo to add to your Pho along with scallions and onion. I’m going back next week !!! It was like 1 other person in there. That place should been packed!!!

This is a little gem hidden near the Ft. Polk entrance. The pho was delicious and they have a wonderful variety of bubble tea! Taro was really great, but the red Thai tea was a life saver the next morning for a chilled caffeine hit.

Food was absolutely gross. The meat buns are composed of multiple types of mystery meat and a hard boiled egg. The octopus fritters smelled like a petting zoo and tasted horrible. The meat in the pho did not taste fresh and was very fatty. Server was creepy and eavesdropping on our conversations. Definitely not lying about my experience as my friend and I got very sick not long after we got home.

Taro Milk Tea with added Boba and Special Pho were delicious!! I have lived in Taiwan and traveled to Vietnam. These dishes are comparable to what I have eaten in Asia. Highly recommend. New menu pictured reflects slight price increase. It’s worth it! Fresh, healthy and flavorful food is priceless. Hard to find here.
