Always delicious food that never disappoints! The hummus trio is delicious. The service lacks a little bit and the waitress seemed annoyed when I asked questions but the food is always incredible! Atmosphere is great too.

This could possibly be one of the best restaurants in Cincinnati. Server at the front desk was excellent, food was out of this world, and our waitress Gary was great. We tried their Regular Sampler and Ouzi lamb and both were phenomenal.

I went here for dinner with my friends on friday night. We reached there around 6.30 pm. We did not have to wait and got the place soon since we went there early. Very nice ambiance and most importantly food is very tasty. We had vegetarian appetizer platter, falafel, taverna falafel and Umali dessert. Appetizer platter and Umali were my most favorite dishes.

I wasn’t surprised this was a good restaurant from the reviews, but I was surprised by just how good. I sat at the bar and ordered the m’hammara for an appetizer. I was a little hesitant about this because walnuts seem like more a a dessert ingredient to me (fully acknowledge that’s my personal opinion), but I was feeling adventurous. I must say woah! When I tried it I was pleasantly surprised with just how fantastic it was, and the warm pita to eat is with just upped the comfort of the dish. I also got a lamb yogurt salad dish for an entree which was very good as well, but I could have honestly eaten that m’hammara until I was full and been very happy. All around very glad I went off the beaten path a bit from my usual places while here for work. I will definitely be back again.

Don’t let the stripmall location fool you, this is a very nice place. Lots of gluten free options as well. Nice ambiance with lower lighting and well dressed wait staff. Staff was allergy knowledgeable.

What is often regarded as one of the best restaurants in the Cincinnati area, and even one of the best Mediterranean places in the Midwest, I’d had their food in various events around the city. I met a friend here for my birthday to hopefully have an amazing meal…

A little more upscale atmosphere than I was anticipating. What a great surprise. This little gem is in a strip mall next to a gas station. My new favorite Mediterranean place. I had hummus, lentil soup, and chicken swarma. All much better than anticipated.

A very fine Mediterranean dining experience. The ambience is sober and classy, the service is great and the food is just something else. Try the appetiser platters to taste a variety of food in small portions. Too that with the endless fluffy & hot pita bread served at the table. One platter and 2 entrees for ~$65

I’ve been here 3 times and have always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, they have seated me in the back of the restaurant twice now at the furthest table from the entrance (once with a reservation and once without), and I have noticed that we have gotten sub-par service everytime we’ve been seated back there. It has literally taken over 10 minutes both times we were seated back there before anyone even came to ask us what we wanted to drink. The other time when we sat at the bar we were helped by the owner who is extremely attentive. So the closer you sit to the owner (who has been there everytime ive been) the better service you get in my personal experience. As far as the food goes most of the food items are extremely good and worth every penny. The only food i think they can improve is their fatoosh and tabooli. In my opinion the fatoosh and tabooli from Tiger Bakery in Toledo, OH is the best ive ever had and if they copied Tiger Bakery’s fatoosh and tabooli then all of their food would be 5 star.
