I love the hamburger in any Pino burger in Laredo! They’re truly the best Mexican hamburger on this side. The thing is, the waiters are very busy using their phone on the counter, they’re not looking at the customers, several times a kid went up to them at the counter to ask to refill his drink. & they are not bothered to hide their phones. I don’t know why someone doesn’t tell them is not ethical to be working as a waiter & use their phone while they’re on shift.

We got our order as a call in but we were only 5 minutes away from the restaurant, by the time I got back home with the food, the burgers were a bit dry. But the flavor in the meat was still fantastic. I wish I knew the recipe for the meat. I think if we had been able to sit down and enjoy in the restaurant, it would have been a five star rating. However, with the food a bit dry, I have to give it a 4.
