The crust is a delicious sourdough! I ordered the Mediterranean and the kids got cheese and pepperoni, everyone was happy, the owner is attentive and chatted with us about Midland. The dining room is clean and nothing special (it was raining so we couldn’t eat on the patio) but the pizza is the star so it was a great dining experience.

Delicious pizza. The crust is thin and crispy from the wood fire. I always make this a stop when I visit Midland. Great service as well. And you can pair it with great drinks from Three Rivers next door.

Delicious, quick, and absolutely a perfect place for lunch. My wife and I got the cacio e pepe and margheroni pizzas, and a side salad. Everything came out quickly and tasted great. I highly recommend!

Pizza baker is my favorite pizza in Midland. I love wood fired pizza and theirs is superb. They have a varied menu and all of their specialty pizzas are wonderful. I recommend getting your pizza well done. If you are at the brewery next-door you can have their pizza delivered to make for a great night.

Best pizza ever. Got the garlic and bacon, phenomenal.. the worker gave me a tip to try a slice before leaving, as I was taking it to go.. took that first bite oh so good… brought the rest home had 2 more slices… love that the higher and support the special needs members of our community..

So this is a pizza place that takes the time and love to make something beautiful out of an old skill that not very many people do anymore Authentic sourdough pizza Made from a starter that is over 10 years old That kind of natural fermentation adds so much flavour to the pizza Then you take that beautiful pizza dough Using fresh ingredients and you put it in an oven that is wood/gas fired with a stone To cook it on the result is absolutely delicious This is definitely a must stop place in Midland. 10/10

As the website states, it’s best consumed on the spot. Luckily, how they cook it takes only a few minutes. When I ate their Margheroni, I was surprised how good it was. Great taste from good ingredients and the price wasn’t that bad either. To be fair, both days I ate their I found a hair. One in the crust on the first day and one in the toppings the next. Still worth 5 stars though.
