Placed an order for take out and came there only for them to not have our order placed. We called the correct number and had our name down and order and everything but a mistake happened where somehow the order didn’t get taken down and printed in a ticket. The staff made us the order anyways in a timely manner. However, when we got home the wings we ordered were totally wrong. We got 8 wings when we ordered 12, the wings weren’t tossed in sauce (it was on the side in containers), they were dry and over cooked, and had barely any meat on them with half broken bones. We came back and explained and got a full refund and they remade our order a second time. While waiting I witnessed the cooks touching food with their bare hands including scooping the wings with their bare hands and throwing them in the fryer. I also saw a cook making a sandwich in bare hands. Makes me worried for crossed-contamination with food. Came home again and the wings looked better but tasted awful. They were dry, overcooked, and bland. I used to love this place but I am saddened by the experience. However, I want to thank the sweet cashier for remaking the order and giving us a refund. I honestly felt bad she was apologizing and taking the brunt for the flaws of the kitchen staff and the staff who didn’t submit our order to begin with. We appreciate the refunds and the remaking of our food, however, the food was subpar for the amount of inconvenience we faced.

Pizza Express is simply the best. Sometimes i order delivery or pick up myself and I’m never disappointed. They provide fantastic portions and have quality ingredients. The chicken wings are so delicious/crispy and I cannot resist their flavorful pizza. Try them before any large commercial pizza chain!

Definitely THE BEST pizza in town. Reminds me of the pizza I used to order in New York. The pepperoni pizza is to die for. My next order is going to be Supreme I bet it’s going to be out if this world. Do not forget the staff, they are friendly and helpful.

Have been a loyal patron for awhile. The food was always good, prompt deliver, but tonight it was over an hour for delivery, items have been left out lately. My husband orders the mushroom Swiss burger with no tomato, no lettuce, no onion, extra mayo, add bacon…tonight, it had oni.ons, but no Swiss cheese…our previous order it had tomatoes. The order was taken correctly, the kitchen is messing up the orders. .$12.25 for a burger combo, and it isn’t correct…3 times in a row! I’m putting you down to2 stars.

Pizza Express is our go to place for pizza, calzones and subs. However, their pastas are TRASH!! On two separate occasions my husband and I each ordered different pasta dishes (4 total). Each time they arrived with the sauces spilled out all in the bag leaving the pasta dish itself dry. I am assuming their sauces must be delicious because their pasta itself is bland. The toppings too. The sauce itself is very thin and watery and we’ve tried both red sauce and specialty sauces (marsala and piccata). Their pizza and sub game is ON POINT. I would recommend those options without hesitation. Just steer clear of the pasta dishes to avoid disappointment. Their appetizer game is FIRE!! Highly recommend the pierogi, soooo good!!
