This is a great neighborhood option, rather than the large original location downtown St. George. Their salad bar is one of the best, freshest, cleanest, delicious in town. The help is either young or in such a routine you feel like your at a fastfood box store. I know it’s an order at the counter, but they should have a server or someone deciding when the customers are ready for their main course. Our pasta came the same time we Sat down to eat our salad, so we had the choice of eating or salad and letting our entrees get cold, or eating our entrees first. Lastly, it is WAY LOUD!!! Concrete floors, flat walls unfinished metal ceiling all collaborate in creating a big drum!!! A few correctly placed sound panels in the ceiling and on the walls would changes the acoustics greatly, and they are greatly needed!

Everybody let’s eat at our favorite place—the pizza factory!!! Let’s try to make it before 3 to get the lunch special. Showing my phone to the cashier reading 2:59 I asked for 5 lunch specials and was denied. Last I checked 2:59 is before 3–just saying. It was the perfect opportunity for the cashier to say something funny about how we just made it. And nobody else was in line. Also when I walked in nobody was at the register for 1 min. It made me think the cashier hides out from 2:55-3 to make sure nobody gets a last second lunch combo.

I usually love this place but the last 2 times I have gone I haven’t been able to eat my bread twist. It’s been small, and it’s been really dense. I don’t know if they have changed their recipe or what the problem is but I really miss the big, nice, fluffy bread twist.

I ordered a cauliflower crust pizza and they brought out the rice flour pizza instead (huge size difference). The girl bringing the pizzas out did have the kitchen make a new one for what I ordered. The crust was doughy, there was way too much cheese. Not very good at all.

We used The Pizza Factory Express as a caterer for a retreat in St. George. They were awesome to work with and the food was amazing! All the attendees loved the different options of pizza, pasta and salad and of course the bread sticks are always a huge hit! I would definitely use them again in a heart beat!

Came in for vacation, and really enjoyed the food. We called in our order, and about 30 minutes later it was all ready. We had a pretty large order with 12 people each getting either a calzone/ mini or small pizza/ pasta. We also got some plain and garlic Parmesan breadsticks and without adding the tip, we were a little under $200. Really quality pizza, for a quality price. Their breadsticks are pretty dang big for 1.50 as well. Would recommend anytime someone goes to travel.

This location is out on Sunset which I don’t visit very often and it’s okay it’s not quite as good as the other two but if you’re looking for one of the locations that it’s a little less crowded and busy this is a good one to go to. Food was good I got the veggie noodles which for pretty average red sticks were good service was average

I love the pizza little pricey for the sizes and getting the Alfredo pasta with the bread twist is always a family favorite good portion too only down side is the last time I came (few days ago) I ordered the garlic bread with cheese for my 1st time ams it was so hard qne over cooker u couldnt even bite into it but over all I normally have a good experience with them
