Kent the manager was very friendly and professional! I got off work later than I should tonight, and the food was still hot and fresh when I arrived almost 30 minutes later! It was almost closing time, but he made sure to not make me feel rushed when I finally got to the store. Overall pleasant experience tonight!

I will NEVER order pizza from here again. Cold, floppy, toppings, limp. I could tell by the box temperature it had been sitting for an extended period. I ordered pepperoni(they count those per size of pizza ordered, so I expected what I received there), mushrooms were chopped almost to slivers, and onion as cheap as it is was sprinkled like gold. Really sorry I wasted so much money, including a tip & their service fee. I am calling today to request a refund.

The pizzas looked decent when I picked them up but separating the slices and biting into it was a different story. Both pizzas were super tough. We got one cheese hand tossed and one pepperoni pan crust. The pan crust was definitely not the buttery, crispy crust you think of.

Twice in a row now with my pan pizza (once pepperoni and once plain cheese) it’s undercooked and doughy and barely any sauce. I’ve ended up having to bake it a second time at home. It’s almost raw dough. I know they use a conveyor oven set at a specific temperature and I’ve only ever had these issues at this spot. I don’t get it. I wish they hadn’t closed the Westbriar location because they were actually good.

Got kicked out of my account 5 different times. The website changed and placing an order was much more difficult. The pizza did not live up to previous pizzas. What happened to the crust flavoring? Overall, I was disappointed. And this was on top of the previous 3 times I tried to order, but didn’t because the crust I wanted wasn’t even available! Honestly, I’ve been a loyal Pizza Hut customer since the 90’s, but it looks like it’s time to explore other options. The King is dead… long live the King!
