Ordered a single large pizza and called the store back after about 1 hour of waiting when I received a text message saying my pizza was now being delivered by DoorDash. They informed me that they have no delivery drivers and use doordash for deliveries. Definitely not worth it. And still waiting on my pizza.

This Happened
The WORST customer service experiences when I come here. Tonight was the last straw. They do not answer the phone. They do not honor curbside orders. They loose/void/and don’t make orders until your there and still have to wait. Every experience is just terrible.

I ordered a pizza on Sunday night, the driver was a white male. He was extremely rude and had an attitude the whole time. Only tipped him bc the pizza was not for me. If not I would of given him the pizza back. If you have your job don’t take it out on others. I apologized for not Opening the door the first time.

3 hours to get a pizza from less than 2 miles away on a Saturday afternoon. After 2 hours I called the store number to ask about my order. On my 2nd attempt somebody actually answered. She was great, though, and called the store manager directly since she was not actually on site at the Hopkins location. She got my call because the store didn’t answer it themselves. The manager told her my order had already been delivered. It had not been delivered, I was in my home where it was to be delivered to. She was able to refund me the full amount and reissue an order for free, which got to me in about 30 minutes. That lady was great, the rest of the experience was pretty bad.
