PLEASE stop going off of the negative reviews or the star views!!. This Pizza Hut should have a 5 Star review in my opinion and I don’t understand why they don’t get the credit. We have lived here since last August, and my husband personally doesn’t like Pizza Hut. That being said, we had every other pizza out here you can name. ALL of them are trash, no taste, show up really late, and/or cold, pizza isn’t good in general, and it’s EVERY time. Not like we ordered from a place and had a bad experience and then went elsewhere. No, we try always to give places more than 1 chance bc we aren’t perfect either.

Great visit today! The one-man operation was brilliant. The Associate/ Manager covered food prep, customers at the counter and on the phone. He had to take extra time to address an issue with a customer and provided excellent customer service and never lost site of me and when my order would be ready.

Worst customer service ever . I don’t recommend anyone to order any type of food from this branch . I literally got violated by the employee on the phone . They messed up my Uber eats order and sent me someone’s order . The employee was n the phone tell me to lower my voice while I was trying to explain .

Terrible service!! 20 minutes late and cold!! Always have problems with this pizza hut!!! Edit: I tried one last time, but this latest delivery was late, pizza was wrong, missing toppings and cold!!! No one from pizza hut ever contacts me or compensates me for all the terrible issues!!!

I am a avid Lover of Pizzahut Pizza for longer then i can remember. Atleast 35 years. This location 111 WADSWORTH DR was not only the worst tasting product i have experienced but the worst experience of ordering and receiving my order. I ordered before they opened and over 2 hours before i asked for the delivery. Still it came 1/2 hour later and so cold when i tried to get a slice it was stuck in one whole piece. It was so cold the crust was so hard it was Unbarable. Why? I don’t understand why.
