I took my son and his friends here this evening for pizza and I was wanting to get a salad. The waiter told me that they were taking the salad bar down. I told him there’s a sign out front that says salad bar every day all day. He replied with I don’t know and walked off. He was very unprofessional, we could ask for refills and he would take one glass at a time. I guess he was scared to mix the glasses up I don’t know. He would take his time bringing our stuff to us even though we were the only 4 people in the restaurant. The food was ok the wings were barely warm and were old. I found out that the waiter didn’t like one of my party. Hopefully he didn’t act like that because he has an issue with one of us. I was very disappointed.

Beyond terrible customer service. I called to order pizzas for my students, and the gentleman who answered the phone acted like it was going to be an issue to make 6 pizzas and deliver them to LHS. He first said that he would have to let me know how many employees were coming in and he didn’t think that he had a delivery driver. He seemed very frustrated that I would call and ask them to make 6 pizzas and deliver them.

We where there last Friday our bill was 45.85 there was over 126.00 taken off our card because the girl said she had tondonit manually the service was horrible pizza sucked and tje salad was slimy frozen veggies been there all day around like a call from someone

Absolutely horrible experience. Was charged 20$ for a large pan pepperoni pizza even tho there is a banner on the side of the building that clearly states 11.99 for a large 1 topping pizza. When the manager was asked why the pricing was different my wife was told “well you should have asked for the 11.99 one topping” by the manager on shift. When my wife realized the manager had zero interest in making things right she decided to leave but the manager kept the receipt.

We ate at this Pizza Hut last Friday night. We asked if we could change the channel to the Orange Bowl. The employee tried to get the remote to work. She said it needed batteries and they didn’t have any. We then got our food that was hot and delicious! After that she came in with some batteries from next door. Great service and great food.
