DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION! They keep messing up our order. Last time, they could not get the toppings correct. This time, we ordered a Big New Yorker that is suppose to be 2x pepperoni (cupped and regular). There was not even enough for a regular 1 topping. (Photo included) and it was not even cut all the way through. I have been on hold for over 20 minutes waiting for a manager. I have been trying to be lenient due to their staffing issues and Covid but no more.

Ordered take out pizza today from Pizza Hut. Service was good. The guy that took our order explained everything clearly and helped me order what I wanted for the cheapest prices. The place was clean and the food was delicious. We had pizza, bread sticks, chicken wings, and cinnamon sticks. We really enjoyed our dinner.

One of the delivery drivers just flew past me on Judd.. had to be doing 70 in a 45. Passed in no passing zone.. ran 2 oncoming cars off the road then ran the red light. Went through the intersection in the left turn lane. I’d be afraid of being an accessory to someone getting hurt or dead because I ordered a pizza. If you see a small gray or silver ish car with a pizza hut sign on top just pull over to be safe

If I could rate the service lower I would. This is not the first time they have called after I placed an order and stated they had run out of an ingredient. However, never in my life have I heard a pizza place had run out of rectangular pizza dough. This store is not worth the time or money.

WATCH YOUR RECEIPT. We placed an order for pickup, so we did not tip. The total for one NY pizza was 16.23. It cleared our bank for $20.23. Someone STOLE a tip that was not authorized. The pizza was not even good – there was hardly any pepperoni on it, despite being advertised as “double” pepperoni, and the crust was brittle. We’re extremely unhappy with this location. I can live with bad pizza, but outright THEFT is not acceptable!

I ordered then got a call they did not have ingredients. Asked what they could make, they said they were closing. I love Pizza Hut pizza but this location is poorly managed. Not a fan due to this was not the first time of poor customer service.
