I’ve been coming to this Pizza Hut for several years. When the Manager, Zena, works the food is always on point! I don’t know what she does differently, but anytime she’s worked my food is extra good. She’s also super nice. It feels great that she always recognizes me and is so friendly.

Worst service EVERRRRER! My order said it was out for delivery at 7:41pm it is now 9:27pm and i still have not received my order and every time i called i was placed on hold and before i can finish my sentence and left on hold! They are so unprofessional and disrespectful!

I see the commercials about The Big New York pizza. I see the photos, I see the commercials. I ordered this pizza. First it was thin crust. The cheese was orange and the oven must be on to high a heat, cause the pepperoni was the size of a dime. The pizza looked dry. NY pizza is not thin crust. The slices were not so that you can fold them and eat them. The pie was just an extra large dry, orange pie. I brought the pizza back. Got my money back. The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant. To bad the pizza wasn’t as good as his customer service. I guess you can’t get both.

I have a large amount of brand loyalty to Pizza Hut. One reason for this is the convenience of the Hut app and the rewards which add up fast. This particular location is known not to always have your order ready and it’s not a fun strip center to wait in that’s for sure. Ordered online and delivery was 40-50 minutes, it arrived more than 1:30 after, the boneless chicken wings were saggy, and not warm, the pizza had nothing except cheese on it…no pepperoni or spices. Tried to call the store, can’t get anyone for 20 minutes, then the guy seemed completely lost, wanted to send the driver back in 15 minutes so we can get a new one. I refused because I know it would have taken another 1:30 to get the right one, so I asked to speak with someone to see if they can do something about it, and got on hold for 20 more minutes before returning to the main menu. Avoid this store or you’ll get a cold pizza with plain cheese.
