I’ve received delivery pizza ranging from absolute trash to delectable treasure and this last delivery from PH was perfection. I wasn’t home when the delivery took place, but my boyfriend was and I can only assume the driver took great care based on the pristine condition the pizza was in when I got to it. It was made precisely to my specifications and was one of the best pizzas I’ve had delivered in recent memory. Service industry/kitchen/delivery jobs can really suck, so I truly appreciate this perfectly executed pizza experience. Y’all killed it. (Also this pic is the next day and refrigerated, just felt like I should add a pic)

At this point this is the worst pizza establishment in the county. 2 employees running the entire store last night. Had to come in to personally cancel a $99 dollar order. It’s not their fault, but the owner needs to move on if he or she can’t find them help or simply does not care. You’ll be out of business very soon.

Will never order from this store again. I ordered thru the website but got a text 10 minutes AFTER the pizza was estimated to be delivered (45 mins after it was ordered) that it was being delivered by door dash! If I wanted to order thru door dash I would have and saved myself the delivery fee, it’s now over an hour since I ordered dinner for my children and still no food

Burned my pizza, put almost no sauce on my pizza when I requested extra, does not answer their phone, steals by charging extra for dipping sauces then doesn’t include it in the delivery. This has happened several times now.

I give this restaurant 0 stars; it is listed as 1 because the system will not post without a star rating . The service is terrible. My husband went to pick up our on line order. When he arrived at the restaurant; he paid for the order and was told it was not ready. Instead of giving him the order when it was ready the employee who accepted payment put the order in the warmer. My husband waited 20 minutes. After waiting this long he goes to the counter to check on the order which is in warmer waiting for 20 minutes. This place has declined in service & food. We will never return to this restaurant. If you are thinking of order from here I advise against it. Terrible experience.

Be prepared to wait for more than a couple of hours to get delivery, that is if they even show up. Placed an order at 11:08 am and it is now 1:35pm and the pizza is still showing it is in the process of being made. I Called and they said it will be delivered in thirty minutes because it is being made. Completely denying that I ordered my food at 11:08 am.
