Honestly they never put enough toppings on your pizza. Especially the cheese. It’s barely any on there pizzas. Even if you order extra cheese they do not put it on there but charge you for it. If you order bread stick, cheese bread stick or any of the bread sides they do not come with sauce. This was my last time spending my money with them. And if I was you I would not waste my money. Go to a different Pizza Hut or a different pizzeria in all. And just in case it doesn’t say which one I’m talking about. I’m talking about the one on New York

Ordered two large pizzas and there was barely any cheese on them. Looks more like medium pizzas. Seriously guys? Cutting corners on your main items?? Very disappointed, I dont think I will order pickup or delivery from here. I’d rather go to dominos or Giordano..good bang for buck.

Last time I ordered there were pieces of chicken on my veggie pizza. I called the store and they said they’ll give $20 credit to my account associated with my phone number. Called in to order today and the person on the phone told me there’s no credit and rudely hung up on me. You just lost a loyal customer!

I had a pick up order on June 16 (around 6pm), one lady employee was in responding to customers. She was so kind (more than anyothers) and very fastly responding to customer and well manage everything. Pizzas need to improve the quality a little bit more (especially needed more cheese), but I want to give five start to this branch.

Well, take a look at the pizza. We asked and paid for “extra cheese.” The shift manager or whatever her position, told my mother that that was how the extra cheese should look. She never offered to add more. A female customer was already inside, before we were helped, told them about the parking lot being full of ice. Extremely thick ice. The response was received as if it was no problem for them. When I drove past the restaurant, I decided to see if it was remedied. Take a look at the pictures. It was not. Suffice it to say, because of the food and the care of the property, we have not returned.

My kids asked for Pizza Hut, so I obliged. I didn’t realize Pizza Hut doesn’t have their own delivery drivers. They contract out to Door Dash. The delivery driver was Muva M. from Door Dash. When my food was delivered I thanked the driver and opened the box of Pizza to find 2 (TWO) slices of pizza missing and 2 out of 6 wings missing. How disgusting!!! I called Pizza Hut immediately and they said they would remake the order and send it out with another driver. I politely declined that offer and asked for a refund. They said they world refund the order. I also contacted Door Dash and made a complaint with them as well. I have NEVER experienced this kind of service before. I am thouroughly disgusted at whomever it was that decided eating a customer’s food is ok. You should be ashamed of yourself!!!

Terrible experience and will NOT be returning. I got my food delivered and they missed my sauce and on top of that, the pizza looked like somebody chewed it and spit it out. I had to drive all the way back to get both my sauce and to receive another pizza (which by the way was terrible as well). I’ve been ordering the same pizza for years and this is the first time I’ve ever seen the crust look so disgusting. They will offer you some sort of store credit. At this point, if you guys keep giving store credits away then you guys are giving away the farm. Unacceptable, garbage pizza.
