We were staying in a hotel. Ordered pasta and pizza. They delivered it in about 25 minutes. They brought nothing to eat pasta with, (fork or spoon ) no plates and no napkins. The driver did go back to store to get a fork. By the time she got back pasta was not hot anymore. I would think that if someone orders from a hotel, restaurant would assume, we would need silverware, plates and napkins. Pizza was good.

Ordered pizza at 4 pm got told it’d be ready in about 15 minutes. I get there at 4:25 and got charged for the pizza. Then I get told by the guy working the window that he’s gonna go see where they put it. He came back and said that his guess was that they forgot to make it and that they had just put it in the oven. All after I got charged. And there are no other vehicles or people inside but the workers. How do you forget to do what you get paid for?

Food was good, well…. The salads were sad I really liked the melt. The service was horrible. Waitress was more interested in what was happening back of house rather than getting items to the table and checking to see if guests needed anything else. We won’t be back.

We visited on a Friday evening for dine in. We placed our order and waited over an hour to get our food. It was just ok and honestly not worth the wait. I suggest calling in ahead of time to avoid the long wait. Other customers who waited just as long got up and left before the food was done. we were a few minutes away from doing the same.

Ordered from online Stephenville today. They sent my order thru Door dash, I guess. They forgot my liter of soda, I called they rudely told me I had to contact door dash, door dash says I need to contact PH bc I didnt place order with them, I call driver, she says she wasnt given one at pick up.
