They always get my order wrong and miss my wings… they take forever. And if not that, they nvr come thru. Like they ate it basically. This is the 11teenth time already. It makes me wanna just go in person next time ♀️ eat there instead of getting food delivered and the orders fkd just to wait however long. Hours basically. The ninja turtles would’ve returned the pizza it’s whoever answers to tke the order. They dnt know how to check the food before delivery make sure all the orders in there and specific things wanted.

I waited 45 minutes on curbside for ONE pizza. Not one employee was able to match my car description or my name. Upon arrival I told them the name and they could not find it. There was no common sense that I told them the abbreviated name. Note I have been here 1000x before. Same name, never an issue until this.. The manager insisted it was my fault for giving them my short name. I reminded him when I did the order online I did put a description on my vehicle. Which I was the only car that matched the description. I was offered complimentary wings and to wait an additional 8 minutes. I drove home with a cold pizza and free wings an hour later. Horrible service. Common sense is not so common anymore.

Worse experience ever. Went in to buy a pan pizza with bacon and pepperoni, and ended up getting a marinara pizza with hardly any pepperoni and no bacon, and worse off hardly any cheese and pie was cut into 5 slices, 1 small slice 4 huge slices.

Ordered some spicy hot wings which were mediocre chicken nuggets . Also got an order of quepapas that turned out to be pretty good to my surprise. Along with that got a Pzone which disappointed me it tasted horrible like it had been in the freezer for a while not even with a dip sauce of marinera helped.
