Twice I’ve ordered delivery from this lication and twice I’ve had to cancel my order and send it back. First time, the driver didn’t deliver my complete order and the second time took them over 30 min to deliver. Took over an hour from ordering to delivery getting here real late at night.

Very poor service! There’s no structure on how they handle the orders either for delivery, carry out, or dine in. The food is never prepared as requested and it’s always overcooked. They take hours to delivery the food and there’s never a decent manager on duty to handle these situations accordingly. This experience has been going on for years and I highly don’t recommend it nor will I order from that location ever again. I recommend the one on Guadalupe St and do yourself a favor, don’t waste your time nor money at this location unless you want to be disappointed. If Pizza Hut sets their price higher than other pizza locations we should expect a better service experience and well prepared food in return. Pizza Hut should really consider these reviews and surveys submitted to ensure their employees and restaurants follow their expectations of a great experience to their guests because they sure aren’t. This place used to be great when I first started going. But the service and the quality just keep going down. They treat you as if they were doing you a favor. Today I ordered a small veggie pizza. I went to pick it up and they said it was still not ready. And when it came out today, they gave me a personal size instead of a small pizza. I just laughed! How ridiculous is that? I didn’t want to fight, so I just grabbed the box but asked for pepper and cheese, and they told me I had to pay extra for it. Never again. I will just order from farther up the road.

Super bad service. Our waiter got our order all wrong and manager hesitated to fix our order. We explained multiple times our ordered and they “repeated it “ and still got it wrong even manager. Dont recommend to come and eat here..!!!!!
