Placed a delivery order for a dinner box. For the toppings I ordered pepperoni, mushrooms, and jalapeños. Didn’t get the jalapeños at all and maybe like 5 pieces of mushrooms on the whole pizza. Tried contacting the store 6 times and got hung up on each time. Tried calling the 1-800 number and it said to contact the store for mistakes made. I managed for Pizza Hut for a few years and this is the worst one by far that I’ve come across.

Don’t bother going to this location, they are horrible with the food and service. Even when they mess up your order don’t expect them to fix it or provide a refund. They will take your money and not care a bit. The management and laborers are just collecting a paycheck providing trash trying to pass it as something remotely edible.

Should be no STAR !!!Did online order left 2 items out called the store for 45 minutes no answer and when a maria finally answer she she hung up on me and called back spoke to guy was like ya I senthe order told him what was left out and how long I have been call just said I’ll be there in 5 min no sorry out mistake nothing. Everytime for the past 3-4x my sister has ordered here, the orders are ALWAYS incomplete! Either our 2 Liters are always missing, they always forget the 2 liters, and sometimes forget our sides too(Wings, ranch, etc)! And when we call about the inconvenience, they never answer the phone! I had to literally drive to the establishment just to get the completed order because we cant request a refund on the phone! Like seriously!? If I could give this establishment ZERO stars, I would. The drivers were also 2 very immature teenage girls. Hire some better employees! And after reading these reviews, Where is Corporate or a Health Inspector when you need one!?

The driver was very rude and disrespectful. The end up having to go to the store cause he didn’t have any money to do change. Then he told them that we tried to pay with a $100 which it was only 2 $20.00. And told them that we weren’t home which we were outside waiting for him. He was at our house in his car when he said that and looking right at us. And when we finally got the pizzas they both were very burnt to where we couldn’t even eat it. We won’t be going back

Put the order on line at 4:55pm. Said order ready at 5:16. Should up at 5:18pm. Got my pizza at 6:12pm. One employee that was making pizza, was not wearing any gloves. Any extra condiments she would throw on the flow. She tide we’re should and did not wash hand and continue to make pizzas.. Definitely needs a good team leader..

Ordered through the app and pizza is always on time so they get an extra star for that. We have been ordering since they opened, but lately the pizza from here has been dry and stale no sauce in either of the two pizzas I ordered this time. I finally give up im going back to ordering pizza from the one on Central and Roeser even if I have to drive to get it myself.

This store has made a complete turn around.The food, atmosphere and management is all top notch now. Customers have to understand nothing and no one is perfect. On a busy day mistakes happen but the customer service and workers are always sincere and willing to fix them. The delivery system is a work in progress but again the store managers are always willing to remedy the situation to the best of their ability.
