Ordered online for a Big New Yorker pizza and when attempting to pick up we found it was not cooked. They cooked a “fresh” one and it was not the correct pizza again. They cooked it without sauce at all and with half of the toppings it was advertised for. What attempting to call to get it straightened out? Once we got home they put us on a perpetual hold for 25 minutes. Quite literally the worst experience I have had from any pizza place. Just order from someone else

My first time ordering delivery from this location (meat lover’s- personal pan pizza, 20oz soda and Cinnabon minis) unfortunately it is also my last time. My pizza arrived room temperature and my first bite was disgusting, a mouthful of raw pizza dough with meat lovers toppings that also were not cooked properly. I would love to give more stars however, this Pizza Hut in particular should close for good! or hire more competent staff. I would never recommend this location (Staplesmill rd) to anyone! even sadder they just moved into the new space only a few feet away from their old spot. Sn/ the pizza and customer service at the old location were awful as well.

I walked in to order and heard the manager Seria yelling at the top of her lungs about a customer that called because they messed up the order. Then she came to the counter yelling at me to place an order . She was very obscene and unprofessional.. I used to work at dominos and we never treated customers like that….I would like to say the first experience I had when this location reopened with Nick was very pleasant and professional… I think Seria needs to take a anger management class… then she told me she doesn’t care about my complaint and told me to leave and if I didn’t she would call the police and have me trespassed after I just spent 30 dollars….. what the hell

No breadsticks? No pasta? We stopped in because we specifically wanted stuffed crust pizza. But considering the menu here is half of what is at other locations, we likely won’t be back anytime soon.
