Recently moved to this area of town and gave this place a shot, definitely a new go to! The pizza arrived in under 30 minutes on a Saturday, which is impressive as hell! We got the PBR and the Let it Rip, both of which were incredibly delicious. The crust was light and crispy, and the perfect base for the toppings. The price isn’t cheap but I feel like it’s worth it for the quality. Overall a great pizza experience!

The most authentic Neopolitan style pizza in Wilmington! Alex and his crew are so delightful, gracious, and hospitable. We tried two newer pizzas—the hot honey pep and the Hawaiian. WOW. Loved the thin sliced prosciutto and pepperoni! And we love sitting at the picnic tables watching the sun set over the river. Can’t wait to come back and try the other new menu creations…already planning our next trip downtown.

I met the new owner and he’s a super nice guy. I was worried about the vegan pizza not being worth it because it’s always 50/50 but it was the best local vegan pizza I have had in a long time. The Yoda sauce (the base) was unique and so flavorful. Perfect amount of vegetables on top and the crust was cooked all the way through with a great crisp and! they have dairy free cheese . super delicious

Very excited to have this lovely addition to downtown Wilmington! Their WINGS ARE BEST IN TOWN (we ate them too quickly to snap a pic), & good pizza!! They make their own delicious habanero olive oil to add to pizza or whatever. SUPER nice/friendly people, too!

Today was mine and my mom’s first time visiting Pizzeria Don’t Luca! First off Francesco and Alex are awesome! Secondly being from up north we miss Connecticut/NY style pizza & great sauce. If you’re looking for things crust, great sauce, perfect amount of cheese and fresh toppings go here! Their wings are bomb too! We got the Four Seasons pizza and immediately had huge smiles! Artichoke hearts, perfect amount of olives and all the other toppings . We also got the garlic & herb baked wings which were awesome!

Just had a wonderful Pizza Margherita at Pizzeria Don Luca. Service was quick, offered suggestions, and answered our questions. Pizza crust was thin and crispy, sauce was amazing, and the mozzarella was fresh. Outdoor seating was perfect for the beautiful day. Will be back next time we are in the area and will definitely recommend.

My husband and I came to Wilmington today for the first time and decided to come here for dinner because we saw that the reviews were good. At first we were very sceptical about seeing so many good reviews, but when we tried the wings – we found that these were probably one of the best wings that we have ever had in our life. We also got a pizza which was also very good, the crust was thinner than most New York style pizzas, it was somewhere between Italian and French stylistically. Enough good things cannot be said about this location, just try them out, and you won’t regret it!

Total hidden gem! Don Luca’s has been open since November & HOWWWWW is this my first visit?! Amazing service & hands down the best pizza in town. I’ve lived in Wilmington for years but as a Chicago native…trust me- I know good pizza & this is it!!! Perfect way to celebrate my birthday. Another plus- unlike a lot of places now, they are open on Sunday’s! Who wants to cook at the end of the week? Not me. Do yourself a favor & check this place out.
