Order the 12 pc family meal with the sides of beans, rice, and plantains – total of $55.38. They give you so little rice and beans that will only feed two people enough for a family meal. Chicken is good but forget the rest of the food.

I just ordered a 4 piece chicken meal which shows on the screen leg,wing,thigh and breast to go,I got a 3 piece instead of 4,the lady put another thigh in the box and I said no there’s no breast in there,she said did you asked for it? I said it on the menu and receipt. So she gave it to me finally and I had to ask for a dinner roll that automatically comes with it. Just pay attention people they don’t like giving breast away and paid almost $20 for a lunch from this place.

Don’t come to this restaurant, drive through should be quick and easy and not complicated and wait 30+ minutes for your food. This place is ridiculous and to make matters worse the people who work have terrible attitudes. I speak Spanish fluently, but do not appreciate the assumption that I am comfortable speaking it it. They should be speaking to everyone in English. Frustrating at every corner.

Yesterday ( 08/17/2023) around 3:30pm me and my bf ordered food at the Drive through. My bf accidentally gave the cashier a card that he cancelled so it declined. There were 2 big ladies at the window one of them laughed and said “ mama Mia” and both of these weirdos started laughing and talking in Spanish like crazy women. It’s so obvious they were laughing at him. So unnecessary and so unprofessional. The food was amazing wish I could give 0 stars for the way they treated us. Also, it is so inconsiderate to be talking in another language while dealing with a customer…I speak few languages myself and have never spoken my native language in front of customers who don’t understand. It’s not a good look. I hope the general manager sees this and has a talk with the two woman.

Omg the lady at the drive through was a rushy with my order. I worked fastfood so I’m not sure if you have timers in your restaurant but she was very snappy and seemed to be in a bad mood.. 3 stars because the food is not bad. Try hiring some friendlier people and once your staff is filled up fire her because she is horrible. This is not my first time coming here another incident she had attitude also. (The big Hispanic women)

Staff need to Smile.The cashier need to cover the Front Counter constantly. Stop walking away. The chicken is greasy, Coleslaw is chunky and tasteless. Rice needs to be fluffier. There is a Fly problem. Kill the flies.

Excellent service! I walked in asking for last minute catering. Half fried and half grilled on the chicken. Two large catered size sides. And rolls. Staff was extremely friendly and able to get my order together within 15 minutes. Great Job Rosa!! The food was delicious. I had never visited this restaurant prior to this day. Plenty of parking. The restaurant was very clean. I’m very pleased with my service. I will return.
