My rating would have been better if they would have gotten my MOBILE order right. I picked it up from drive thru. When I got to the speaker I said I had a mobile order for M.. They said they were working on it I said ok. It was a line of about 3-4 cars in front of me. By the time I pulled closer to the window(2 cars ahead) one of the employees came to my window with a bag of food and said Me… I said no M.. she says we can’t find you in the system. I show the receipt on my phone and it shows this location and she realizes it’s a mobile order even though I stated that at the speaker. She goes back in. I get to the window about 7-10 mins later give my name M.. again and the employee says are you sure you’re not Me.. I knew she was joking so I laughed, check to make sure my items are there and it appears to be. Get home they gave me 2 boxes of fries as well as a bag of fries(I only ordered a regular with a combo and additional regular. NOT 2 boxes. Paid for a 3 piece(the combo) and 2 ORDERS OF 6 piece ghost pepper wings and only received 1. Customer service was ok but it would have been much better if I received what I PAID for.

Doors seem to be always locked but does not tell you lobby is closed even when ordering on the app. Still gives the option to pick up and you dont find out it’s closed until you get there and the drive through is the only option to pick up food. It inevitably is a long line however and you have to wait in line to get your “to go” order that shouldve only taken a minute to pick up. Employees always seem very curt as well.

I normally go through drive thru and always have a good experience. I really like the batter that’s on the nuggets a lot, it has a good subtle spice to it and a crunch that lasts.

My experience @ Popeyes was not good. First, they didn’t have the fish sandwich that they advertised! So, I got the shrimp instead. While I was waiting for my food order, the drive thru person was on his cellphone having a conversation while working, not at all paying attention to my order. I watched him put his FINGERS in cups he was preparing drinks for other customers. When my order was ready, I had to ask him to get off his cellphone and get my order correct. He was Very unprofessional and wasn’t paying attention to orders at all.

Chicken was over fried and not fresh. The chicken was fried till dark skin and the shells are no longer crispy. Not a good experimenter at all!

Worse ever if u go between 9pm and 10pm they lie and say they out of stuff because they don’t want to cook anymore food near closing then the food they do sell is hard if you going to run a business cook until closing if you want to satisfy customers

First time eating at Popeyes for my husband and I. We both ordered the Original Chicken sandwich combo with Cajun fries. This was the absolute best fast food we have ever had. The fries were so delicious, hot and crispy with such a different taste than other fast food fries. The chicken sandwich was hot and looked exactly as advertised. A large thick peice of extra crispy chicken. The $25 we paid for our combos was worth every cent, we will definitely be returning.
