The food is always fresh and hot. But the orders through the drive thru are always wrong even if picking up a mobile order. Especially if picking up a mobile order. They don’t repeat the order back at the window which would save a lot of headache of going back or calling. it would save them from dealing with redo orders too.

Bought a 14 piece meal which should be mixed dark meat and breast. Got 10 breast and 4 thigs. Was not informed about ALL the white meat, which we typically accept (2 to 3 pieces) do not like but take as it is part of the meal. But today that is we got. We called when we realized this, but of course no one answered the phone..

Stopped on the way home from the hospital and picked up the chicken strips. Everything was fresh and hot. Had to wait a couple of minutes for fresh fries. Before ringing me up they explained that there would be a wait and I’m was glad to wait for fresh food. Other places tell you after you have already paid. Everyone was really nice!

Wait, yikes! I stopped in for lunch just before noon. I waited at the counter for 5 minutes before anyone asked if I needed help. The 4 employees all made eye contact with me but never asked even though I was the only person in the store.

I have never seen popeyes chicken look or be like this. It’s mostly breading, it’s hard, overcooked, dry, unseasoned chicken and I’m not even sure what’s up with the tender in the second pic, that’s just disgusting. Out of red beans, biscuits undercooked slightly. Fries were good and rhe staff was great.. but 5 dollara for a large sweet tea? Inflation of some of these items is ridiculous. Idk what happened to the chicken at this location but I will not be back.

Food was dry. Only had two sides mashed potatoes and red beans and rice. No honey. Took ten minutes 2orderfood. Only 1 Older female working behind the counter taking orders and filling them. People that were in the drive through line came in said that they were waiting twenty minutes for their order outside and we’re wondering if they’ve been forgotten about. Pretty sad experience considering how they used to Run when eddie obiala owned it.

Popeyes on 103rd Kedzie…Chicken taste horrible., dried out and hard. Will never go back. The crew they have working there are constantly goofing off and not listening to what you are saying when you order. I had to repeat my order 4 times because they are laughing n loud in the background. Where is the manager. They all need to be fired !!!!! No napkins ???????

Today was a difficult day for my family as we buried a loved one. In a pinch we last minute needed some food to feed many people. We headed to Popeyes near by and we were taken care of by a wonderful staff. Jennifer was management today and she went above and beyond. They were able to cater to our needs in a very short amount of time and their kindness superseded all expectations. They were very sympathetic and kind to our situation. Their customer service is exemplary and refreshing. Thank you Jennifer and staff for being good people and for serving us up some hot delicious chicken in a pinch! May you all receive many blessings.
